I believe that Joa is frightened of black folks tho.
We should ask dumb data for the hate ratio. This Foo only bumps Canadians
Dude goes through the ringer everytime he talks about black people. Dude went in on jake hayes and foy hard for 10 minutes in that clothing vid with no blow back. Dude talks about Robert Neal for under a minute and skate twitter has their pitchforks out.
Dude was also going in on Suciu on patreon during his entire soty year and made one tyshawn video about the stupid table. Not saying the guy has great progressive opinions being a priveleged OC kid but he's getting some undeserved fire everytime he treats black skaters as harshly as any other skater.
I watched him in the begging and haven't watched his shit in a while but to me he comes off like he hasn't or doesn't skate with black people and he's in LA, a lot skaters in my area would have stereotyped him as a private school / park skater
He grew up in Santa Ana which while is close to LA, the OC in general can be a trap.
Maybe I watch too much of his content (he started popping off during an injury I had) but he skates with people like Marie (formerly Myles) from There in a few of his park reviews. Alot of people in the lgbtq skate scene (chandler, donavon wildfong, etc). He also goes on tour now with sci fi which is pretty diverse. But I agree that he does seem a tad privileged and sheltered. Strikes me as a kid who grew up skating either by himself or with his culdesac crew and didn't really meet and skate with normal kids till maybe now that he's blown up a bit.
