Seeing Wade D flip front 50-50 and heelflip crooks a legit handrail is something else. WOW

Somehow it was cool to watch a long full length. The video has a early 00s TWS vibe. I’m surprised I liked Miles and Trent (who skated to Marvin Gaye !!) because I am not their biggest fan but they rip for sure.

Pedro Biago and Franky were my favorite. So sad for my fellow French man JB Gillet i wanted a full part from him but that injury looked gnarly.

Tre Williams’ part was cool too, Kyonosuke Yamashita made me like Lakai shoes !

Sometimes it felt over edited (the songs slowing down or fading into reverb to match the footage for example) and maybe they cut the songs to much ? Guys have 2 songs in a part but it’s cut / edited.

But overall this is a very good video, not into Primitive aesthetic at all but they delivered.

The music rights budget was probably enormous…

kind of tripped out on some of the double angles/slow mos in carlos' part but not on the ender. i would really like to see that from the front angle.

Maybe because he didn't get it how he wanted it? More like a nose-powerslide on top of the hubba instead of a locked in blunt.
But that kinda makes it even more fucked

i feel like they kind of just wanted the video to end real quick and not focus too hard on the ender since it sounded like everyone already knew what i was gonna be anyway and not super overdo it. felt tasteful.

Can somebody send his filmer a new camera?  Or at least a new fisheye?

The video was amazing. Wades philly lines especially the frontside flip line. That flip 50 was perfect too. Loved everyone else and carlos was the perfect ending.

I was just thinking yesterday that a nollie inward heel back noseblunt would be sick, then Marek Zaprazny came through with one. fucked.

Maybe the most switch bs flips in a video ever?  The sw bs flip IG account would be coasting for weeks off this video if they hadn't gotten hacked

McClung had the most varied spots, it was refreshing

Will absolutely rewatch
I was standing staring at the world, and I still can't see it

Is that right? Bummer. His Rome part was one of my most consistent watches for a long time.

I watched Paul and a bit of Wade D this morning and loved it. Getting to the rest now.

There is so much to be said about this video but at the moment all I can say is I am over sw varial heels and sw front heels. Honestly by the end I was tired of seeing any sw frontside wind up... Lots of good stuff to say as well.. just easier to remember the negative !

Should’ve kept that footage from testing 4 and gave Wade a 3 song ender part

Prod is still so sick. Switch frontside shifty flip was surprising and awesome. Reusing the song was a nice touch too.

Wade D is immaculate. Blessed to get this part from him.

Miles Silvas is a guilty pleasure skater for me. I kinda like his jock style despite his criss-cross arms. He does everything proper and stomps his tricks.

Dylan Jaeb is perfect for Primitive. I'm a fan.

Trent is dope and really good, but I think it's just hard for him to stand out against the rest.

Brian Peacock might be the most lo key pro ever, so under the radar quietly ripping.

Always been a fan of Spencer Hamilton. He's done some of the best examples of flip tricks done alley-oop over handrails.

I was indifferent about Tre Williams until I saw this part. Definitely a fan now. Backside bigspin alley-oop over a rail was bonkers.

Franky is so so sick and I love that he's on Primitive. He brings much needed balance to the brand and he just rips.

Carlos is insane.

Wade and Prod are unbeatable. Dylan Jaeb did a line in an NBC Universal hoodie. What's not to like.

Imagine being a dude like Franky and getting stuck in the van with Robert Neal lol

He has to be this way for his skating to stand out from the rest of the team; not saying his skating in this wasn't good, but would you miss it if his section was removed?

Amazing shit top to bottom

Funny people here mentioning how amazing it is that Paul is still out producing, while I'm almost positive Wade is the exact same age.

Hasn’t Paul been rehabbing a major injury or a major surgery and is just now getting to a level he’s happy at? I think that’s why he hasn’t had footage in other recent Primitive releases and that’s why I was surprised to see him.

Opening with a mini PRod part followed by Wade and Tiago was intense. All three were great. I had to press pause after Wade and take a break to fully process everything.

Anyone know what Wade's originally tunes were?

Gnarred. Thank you for continuing this joke haha. I remember seeing this posted on Skateperception 10+ years ago whenever someone asked for a soundtrack.

Happy to see full lengths can live on. And inspiring to see P-Rod still killing it after having that knee surgery and saying he wouldn’t have any more parts. This video “defined” what makes a good video. Also nice how he ended it with that Kate Bush remix super sick. Their team is ridiculously good.

paul, wade, tiago, jb all great
tre williams, brian peacock and mclung stood out to me
franky villani is always an outlier here but love watching him skate
robert neal is corny, silvas fakes the style harder than anyone else

Agree about Robert Neal he’s the only one that doesn’t seem to fit. If you’ve ever seen Miles skate in person it’s obvious he’s not faking nothing. Dude can pull insane tricks back to back in a short amount of tries.
