Tiago skating to DOOM was a collab I did not realize I needed.

Too many insane tricks to highlight, but goddamn I really can't give P Rod enough credit for what he's done with this company. Sure Primitive's aesthetic can be bland/kooky at times, but what team is consistently dropping as much quality footy as these dudes? They look engaged as hell, no one dialing it in here.

Furthermore, I remember before Wade got on Primitive I was thinking his career was basically done--DGK was really beginning to stagnate at that point and new Wade clips were considered a special, increasingly rare treat. Several years later and we're getting full-length parts with dude still ripping at the top of his game? Thank you P. Rod.

i like how in wades part in the transition between the songs at the philly ledges they highlighted him wondering if his nollie flip nosegrind 180 was good enough "Yes or no?" (it was perfect) and the filmer says "GO"

dude is a perfectionist when hes filming and we all benefit for it

That line he did with the sw bs big spin up a 3 stair was incredible.

Can’t believe he doesn’t have a proper shoe sponsor.

That really stood out to me too, such a nice back 3.

Refreshing to see some eS shoes in there (Accel Slim, Swift 1.5, Eos) among the sea of NB, Adidas and Nike SB. Give him (Tom Asta and TJ Rogers) a pro shoe already eS!

Cracking video. As hotspicy said they are such an engaged team. Real "pro" skateboarding team. No phoning it in on PRods watch.

Wish they used different music for Carlos part though.

Overall the music selection didn’t match the level of skating. Watched a second time and third time on mute and had a much better experience.

Still loved it on second watch, beyond amazing video. In addition to Wade, Tiago and Franky really did it for me this time round. Franky is the little bit of funk that makes the whole thing perfect.

Plus, for a little controversy:

1. Are we seeing military-style haircuts making serious inroads into skateboarding?

2. Was Carlos' ender on clipper too booger to show it from a different angle? Cover photo was from the same angle as well. (Many of the blunt tricks that have gone down on it have been, most recently David Reyes 360 flip noseblunt.)

Definitely the trick I was thinking about most from his part

Do you mean side cuts/ undercuts? They are the most common haircut right now and since a couple of years. Nothing military about it anymore

Yeah, Miles Silvas has one and there were a few shots were at least one other guy had one too (Trent?). Don't live in the US so I don't know what's what in general, but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen them in skate vids much before

What haircut do people picture a team like primative being into? Can't really picture these guys stinking up a room with mouldy pig slaughterhouse locks.

Skipped to Frankie Villani's part. The New York openers seem like a homage to max palmer. i know NYC spots are all over skated but every clip he has there palmer has a memorable trick there.

that green curved bank in red hook is so crusty, shocked anyone gets clips there. great part as usual.

Amazing skating in this video. Tiago's part stood out in my mind after the first watch. The guy is a powerhouse and has a great style, the music in his part was also good, but in others the songs just made bad to the parts - for example Wade has insane tricks but the songs didn't make it for me. Frankie was super nice to watch and big up to Carlos and Prod. This is definitely a video of the year.
