In her bunt interview she mentions that the part she's working on is for FA and not for the vans video. Kinda confusing. I went into it optimistic but god damn I really don't like the way she talks about herself. Shoe looks good tho at least.

It sounded pretty shitty of Dill to throw her a pro board in the middle of an ACL recovery. She wasn't really in a position to take the criticism that comes with the job, but does she (or Dill) care about that? It's definitely getting to her, but what options does she really have at this point? Put out a sick part? Quit and pursue something else?

This is like the third Vans shoe with her name on it. Shoe sponsors are usually more demanding than board sponsors. Pro boards are dime a dozen, signature shoes are almost rare. I guess her name sells, otherwise VF Corp wouldn't keep putting it on product. Dill must have figured why not put it on a board and cash in on VF's marketing dollar.

I never heard her really talk before but I got the opposite vibe from this. 
After hearing her speak I was like ok I like her very much.
She seems ulta comfortable in being herself. She seems highly intelligent. He story is cool AF. I didn't sense any type of bragging or whatever.

If I can I'm going to buy her shoe when I see it.
Mixing the Ave with the halfcab could be killer.
I liked the Ave except the Ollie area and most love the halfcab.
Her shoe looks sick. Kinda smaks of Enigma.

I would just order on Thursday when I get some cash but I've gotten too many damn I should have gotten slips moments since the beginning of covid from blind shoe purchases. I'm going to have to see it in shop if there's any left.

Beatrice gets a lot more hate than she deserves and i’m not upset in the slightest that she’s pro but hearing her openly admit she’s not the kind of skater that “tries” is kinda wild. i can understand why some folks would think someone that’s transparent about having that attitude towards skating that also doesn’t produce much maybe hasn’t earned their place in the culture, idk

I feel like she put in the work and chased it down and said all the right shit to convince me she's actually down with skating.
And it Makes me think of Jereme more. He did it differently tho obviously crushing demos. But it's the same type of thing they built contacts chased it down and it worked out. They got paid. Both caught crazy shade for it.
She stuck around and is on her 4th shoe.

I don't think it's bad for skating at all.

Not everyone can skate like they go to college in Massachusetts and they live near 50 000 ledges.

I don’t think the act of skateboarding is a sport or an art, but the job of skateboarding is more akin to a sports job more than an art job
