i just think weed is boring to do for "fun" i used to smoke for fun but now i just use cbd oils. there are more fun things than weed imo

weed stopped being fun as soon as I was old enough to have anything to worry about. Need stuff that turns the brain off now vs. enhancing it.

I really don’t skate much transition I just like going fast. Bigger wheels go faster. Don’t really care how it looks.

also going to add that no one really waxes the spot on top of the ledge where the tip of your nose/tail would be sliding at if you were fully on top

Sometimes I'll take an old hotel card/rewards card, and use that to scrape the old wax off the ledge and put a new layer on. Works so good.

Yeah I ride 60s cause most of the spots I skate are nowhere near perfect. I read somewhere that Freddy was pushing 68s in the 90s. That’s sick.

Maybe if you’re mostly skating parks or live in a place without seasons. I’m in New England and can’t go much smaller than 54 unless it’s a super wide wheel. The street spots out here are pretty rough. The only people I see skating sub 54 don’t leave skateparks or they’re old heads that use dragon wheels (would that also be considered cheating?).

Josh Kalis' indoor granite park looks cramped and a pain in the ass to skate.


I love the concept and love Kalis and really, really want that park to be awesome but in almost every piece of footage it seems like whomever is skating is struggling to deal with how close together the obstacles are. It's like they are making the best out of a tough situation.
