Just saw this browsing Instagram. Other than founding DC and racing rally cars I can't say I know much about him. I do remember he and Dyrdek tried to give a $1 million dollar check to Philly for Love Park and they turned it down. For that the dude earns my respect.

So weird to be a fan of motorsports while also knowing and respecting what Kenny B did in his time with DC. More then anything else, he helped make American rally into a greater thing then it could have ever been with his Gymkhana videos and his programs with Subaru and Ford. He added a skateboarding style to the motorsports world that will probably never be replicated at this stage.

Rallying's a small fraternity, and I don't think it is a stretch to say this is the hardest day for rallying since Colin McRae died.

Gnarly. It is impossible to deny the impact DC had on skateboarding. Also, it is crazy to think how fast we can go from having it all to being dead.

Finally, DC offered Philly 1 million a year for 10 years and as far as I know not a cent of that was Dyrdek's money. It appears to be DC putting up the money, probably at the behest of Kalis and Williams.

Correct, I can't find the clip but I believe it was Block at Love with the big Check in his hands for a photo op.

Everything he touched, he made it monumentally better....Rally, Snowboarding, skateboarding..... no one elevated a brand like what he did to DC. Shoe money or board royalties? Which check would you rather take? He's the reason why....

Definitely agree. The footage they got all around the city was super dope. I am sure it is what Ty Evans wishes he could shoot.

Heavy news the legend Ken Block passed away from a snow mobile accident. Scary his latest insta story his snow related last adventure. Major DC player, think his post auto career more crazier . He released his driving parts like skate clips.

Didn't know much about him besides the Gymkhana but he was a guest in a Ridiculousness show and he seemed like a really good guy

I watched a few of the Gymkhana stuff with my Dad, so impressive how he could move a car like that.
I remember seeing him in my 2nd skate video On Video Summer 2000 in the Danny Way section.
