Im soon 45, and I feel better then ever. This winter might have been my best in years. I can definitely feel my age, but lately not as much. I have had years where my body been complaining and easily getting small injuries. I still try to learn new stuff and skate as hard as I did when I was young, I just has to be smart about. basically no stairs or bigger handrails.
This winter I learned switch 360 flips really good, and got switch fs flips down pretty god. Last indoor session I man up to do a FS Hurricane up the park rail, which worked so so still progressing. I dont fel that much worse then in my heyday 20 years ago, even though the pop isnt what it used to be and that some tricks are lost.
Im very good on transition, and I feel that has built a good foundation.
Edit from this winter, bs smiths on rails (got it down on curbs last year), the switch 360´s and fs flip and hurricane was some new stuff this year.
