Is there really even a strategy to any of these decisions or are they purely budgetary? I don't know realistically what they're going to do long term. We're at the point where it seems like many shops are narrowing their offerings and carrying less stuff, I don't know how Emerica in 2024 fits into what shops are looking to offer customers. I mean is the plan to go direct to consumer and just cut out the middleman? Wait it out for the inevitable late 2000s nostalgia to kick in? I don't know what they're going to be offering, are they just doing budget shoes?
