Anyone who has had both, how do the KSL III fit compared to the KSL g6?  They look a little more slimmed down.

The KSL III is kinda big padded around the heel and ankles but slims down toward the middle and the toes. I personally found that the KSL G6 fit better and didn't give me heel slip like the KSL III does.

While we are at the topic here. Are there any new catalogues for Etnies, Emerica and éS somewhere online? Or does anyone know if the Etnies Wallen will stay in the line up? That's a pretty good shoe.

Brown KSL 3 too.

Looks like it’s an LA High inspired CW.   The top heel panel has a brick pattern

Just seen on their site the Romero laced kept getting discounted. Bought two pairs for 27$ each. If Romero is wearing something different it makes me wonder 🤔

Hey pals, a bit of a heads up if you're into new Emerica models: don't sleep on the new Spanky KSL3.

Initially got the white leather ones which broke in nice and quick, but just yesterday quickly tried on the navy blue suede ones at my homie's and they felt even better, I could've skated them out of the box no problem. Gonna get them next. Haven't seen the new brown suedes anywhere here in Sweden yet, but they look awesome too.

Anyway, in a nutshell, they're a great shoe. A good combination of protection and boardfeel. Midsole feels really good, front and back, especially at the heel.

Flick is good, as is the overall grip. The sole is solid but not too stiff.

The sizing is TTS for me, albeit a tiny bit snug initially, but not too much.

Been into NB# for a long ass time, this shoe is the first one I feel that can compete with NB# for me.

Oh, and compared to an NB# model? I'd say somewhere between the 440 and the 600. More comfortable than either of them, though, in my opinion. Especially the suede KSL3 feels ridiculously comfy. In a good way.

Spanky commented on an Emerica Insta post a while back the KSL3 are the best shoes he's skated. That can of course be labeled as biased, but he's not totally wrong. There's something there, definitely. Definitely a keeper for me.

I tried to search the forum efficiently on this matter, but not a successful mission.

Slip-cup fit versus the Van's Skate Slip-on? Forever an 11.5 in Slip-on Pros.
The last pair of Skate Slip-ons never felt good in that size. Dunks, and the NB shoes have been 12 in cupsole lately.

Wino Slip Cup g6 loyalists, please advise.

Note: Don't have a Wide foot problem.

I’ve skated many pairs of slip cups and I went down half a size every time. Normally a 12 in most shoes but any Emerica cup and especially the ones with the g6 cup I go 11.5.
But good sir where did you manage to find some of those glorious slip cups???? I’ve been looking on and off for the last year

I think that was the gimmick tbh but thanks for the heads up. I’ll just put them up next in the rotation. It’s more important to me that I have two more slip cups than anything else.

Is there new direction after the revamp just to put the triangle logo on the side of every shoe? They even redid the Hobans and Heretic to have that logo. Maybe theyre taking a page out of the big brands in terms of brand recognition but this will get old really fast. One thing I do not like about NB is that almost every shoe has that logo. I appreciate the 440 v2s and 808s for at least making the N look different.

Wino Slip Cup g6 loyalists, please advise.

Note: Don't have a Wide foot problem.
The only slip that fits my foot is the Wino slip cup g6. Several Vans model slips and other brands, my heel slips out because it's too big, or the sizing itself is too small. Can't recall but I think all those I tried were vulcs. Even the Wino vulc didn't fit right and I had to return it.

I wear a 9 in the multiple pairs of Pillars (vulc) I used to skate and in the OG-1 (cup), and 9 is also perfect in the slip cup.

I also only wear the slip cup as a chiller.

When I saw them at 303 on discount I had to get a pair of each black and white. Out the box the white ones actually fit more snug. The black is looser and doesn't cling to my heel as well so may need to add an insert around the collar for slippage. Lots of room in the forefoot in fact too much but not anything to fuss about. Toward toes it narrows a bit but keep in mind these are both leather versions and every g6 slip cup I've had is super stiff out the box but wear in nicely.

Also have 2 pairs of the Braden slip cup black/green in suede and they're amazing and still tts.
