I get that mods here are pretty quiet and hush hush, but frankly this is the type of scenario where they really should clear the air by either unbanning and apologizing to Dave, or clarifying the reason for his ban. IF Dave's post was as simple as saying he preferred trump to biden, there are no grounds for accusing him of racism and/or banning him. By no means did Dave ever imply he was a trump supporter. Additionally, this is not a community where a new outsider should immediately be banned for life, especially as you haven't created a firm ruleset nor given that user the benefit of the doubt. I think it's pretty fucking petty to ban someone over that comment unless there is something else that is unknown.
Mods let the thread on Trump vs Biden sit and didn't delete or close it. They created the problem by choosing to keep the thread open, but instead of closing it or deleting it, and choosing to bait trump supporters so they could ban them. I don't talk politics because it never ends well for anyone, it's just a bunch of idiots arguing about stuff they have no insight into yet feel compelled to attack others who feel the opposite way. This is a forum for a children's hobby revolving around a piece of wood, and the people who have dedicated their entire being to said hobby. I'm not going to use this forum if this is the type of stuff tolerated.
