This trash will sadly be some poor soul’s first board. The horror. The horror.

When I saw the thread I thought this brand was actually called Another Board Company and got really stoked for a second

Edit:
“Another Board Company” would genuinely have been a better name, then you could at least claim the lack of any effort is ironic

Every other skater is going to carry and promote their own ‘brand’ at this rate what the fuck is going on😅

‘So yeah guys I like monkeys on the banana phone pushing the limits for pro skaters, fucking 2 cents yes!’

I kinda think why don’t they? Paul Rodriguez sold all gold boards pre-Primitive and people snapped em up quick. Didn’t Chris Cole do the same in-between Plan B and Zero (round two)?

I just figure skip they should skip the  “graphics” going forward, cuz it ain’t gettin better.

Name is already better than Uma or Sandlot Times but that's not saying much.

That's pretty funny. I love it when these kooks try to add that "some hand drawn elements" in there to try to make it not AI-generated.

Come on man, you do tattoos, even your IG bio says "all styles welcome" you should be able to draw a monkey on a typewriter yourself. Or at least if you consider yourself an artist, you should at least see that the typewriter is facing the wrong way or that there's different amount of fingers on each hand... What this says about the quality of rest of his "art", well...

Lowest of low effort. Shit sucks.

Ryan's a legend but the fact that he's never been able to create a "cool" enough image of himself to even get a good board or shoe sponsor, make's it insanely unlikely his company will be successful. It's also a pretty bad time in skating to be starting a board company in general

This. Dudes buck as hell though no denying

I noticed they deleted any negative comments on this post. Pretty whack. Gotta keep all the 🔥, 👏🏻 and 🙌🏽 comments to give the illusion that people think these graphics and logo are sick. This brand is destined for the toilet.

Looks like the team is Ryan Decenzo, Tyson Bowerbank, and Trae the Tank based on the followers. I have zero clue who is clamoring to get a board associated with these three.

I was hoping the thread title meant “Another” was the name.

At this point we need a brand called “Another Board Company”.

I assume the logic behind this is that by owning a company, he can now write off travel, accommodations, food, etc. as business expenses, which is probably a better deal than whatever Darkstar was hooking him up with.  Which I mean cool, power to him, but he could make it less obvious.  What a steaming hot pile of dog shit.

What's cool about ai generated images is that you can't enforce copyright on them! Idk if that still tracks with some minor tweaks made by an actual human, but it's possible that you could just take the graphic and put it on your own boards without consequence. Not sure why you'd want to, but you could

he added "hand drawn elements" to make it look even more like digital mush? that makes no sense, would be a lot less embarrassing to just admit it was completely ai generated

That actually makes a lot more sense than running an actual company, just keep the Red Bull and contest money coming in, report everything as a business expense and have the company declare losses every year. I'm sure it's more complicated than that but hiring a good agent or accountant will fix that.

nah its not that difficult. Every tax consultant can declare.
Difficult is to build up a cool skatebrand and make money with it.

Just starting a brand to have own boards - because nobody pay you to ride there boards
and putting all cost on your company

Dont want to defend Ryans new company -name and graphic is poor.
But If he sell the boards of the trunk with signature for small buck
at the park - he is doing more then the majority of pros with there board sponsor.

Man, I get pros wanting to make a brand as their skateboarding career is coming to an end but god damn this shit is so bad.

“Another Board Company” would genuinely have been a better name, then you could at least claim the lack of any effort is ironic

Came here hoping that was the name
