Carroll too @7:30 look at how smooth he pushed from sw to regs in one push after the sw pop shuv. No one does that now. Sw mongo was a necessity for all those guys from that era who were first doing sw flat ground tricks along with the pop shuvit. Its just so convenient to rotate your board 180 without your body and move your trailing foot up to switch stance.
All the clowns who diss sw mongo or dont get it dont skate switch or much flat ground. It works and after you switch stance you can still push switch if you want. I get it tho rarely do you see people doing 5,6,7+ flat ground trick lines with a ledge or two in there. I wish people would skate like that again or film that stuff because trick trick trick trick in video parts is fucking boring... let's see you push let's see if you can actually skate and not just be able to do tricks.
