I cant land the fucking Skateboard mag photo challenge where you ollie the sidewalk and land on the bustop roof.

I remember the way I did that was grinding it as a ledge. At first I tried going over the whole thing but it wasn't that easy all the time.

Where's El toro at?

Go to the downtown train station (by the xgames), exit and go left to the street. Skate up the street, and right before the street flattens out, the set is on the left. To the left of the set is a path to get to the top, and a downhill street leads up to it so you can have enough speed.

The failure rare isn't that high, but its pretty bad. They lessened it with the newer models tho.

The red light was just alerting you that the power cord came out. Its different than the rrod. Same thing happened to a friend and he freaked out and called xbox support.

How do you do that?

You start with the right stick straight down (or up for nose(blunt)slides) and slowly move it around in a circle in the direction you want to shove. Right before you get directly to the side (3 oclock or 9 oclock), start swinging the stick faster and bring it around 180. So all in all, the stick moves 270 from the bottom. The guy who explained it to me used the phrase "add a tempo" and it made sense... dunno if it'll help. Either way, it's really hard to do consistently; I can only do it like one in ten tries, but once you do a few they get easier.
