Mob used to be the clearest but doesn’t last longer d looses grip fast. But recently a lot of others started making more clear stuff, so you can try a few. Iron horse is not as clear but stays the way it feels new.
ML was also good

I think gung fu is Cantonese. I guessing you're talking about old movies
Kung fu is Mandarin? That's what most of China speaks

Thank you! I used a mixture of MTNs and Rustos, whatever I had on hand. Just regular rattlecan. I think they’ll look cool set up

Last one is super good. I like that you have a style that kind of shows through all your decks.

Orchard is a sweet shop too!

Bump this thread. I now have a lot of time since my workplace closed because of the virus.
I wouldn't call it art but it was fun and I am stoked how it came out. The top ply is green with a silver AWS logo. Post your grip pals.

how do yall cut straight, thin stripes? like no duh right, but is there a particular method that you’ve settled on for consistence? Every time I try at home it just looks too wonky for me to actually slap em side by side. For my last weird grip I used the paper guillotina at work hahah shhh don’t tell em tho

I usually draw a straight line on the back of the grip and cut it out then. ^^

With a carpet knife from the back.
Or if you have sheets instead of grip from the roll you can grip the deck in two parts.
Edit:
What quarantine boredom made me do... not really sure if I‘ll replace that colorful part.

I love it. :)
Can you explain what all these drawings mean to you?
The 16131, that circle on the top part, etc..

The 16131 is 16-13-1 which is pma (positive mental attitude)
The circle is equality, peace, anarchy.
The painting is just doodling and looks weirdly biblical which I don’t like too much.
And “I against I” is a bad brains song I like to keep in mind when skating.
I am my only enemy and skating is about fun, that is why I always have pma on there,  because I tend t get pissed when slamming or not being able to skate the way I expect myself to do.

Thanks a lot. Drawings with a meaning are the sickest and your explanations were on point.
