this has happened to several shoes with me from various brands. I think it has to with the shoe maybe being to small
That and inconsistencies in the suede. Hides are usually softer/weaker around the edges, looks like that spot might have been an end piece.

This happened to this guy I know. It was definitely because the suede was defected or "soft" in spots. It actually happened to a pair of Janoskis I had once. Took them back to the shop, and the owner instantly replaced them for me and sent the defected ones back.

Contact CONS and they should help you out, like the did for this guy. They sent him the all suede black and white highs but they still replaced them. This does make me leery about trying the highs though. I don't think them being too small would cause this, unless you need a size 120 and are wearing  7.

Good Luck!

My hook up over at dwindle just sent me some overstock Fallen shoes. The thing is they're shoes, I don't do shoes, because I'm a Hobbit and I skate barefoot. Gonna have to trade these for some lembas bread, you na'mean.

Hands down my favourite shoe of recent years. This season's model seems to fit even better than the last.

My Nike connect hooked it up. Janoski, Janoski SE and GT blazer. Too bad they're all vulcs. Don't do vulcs.

Probably will sell or trade them in for Dunks or any other Nike cupsole.

[close]

You think your Nike connect is gonna be stoked when you tell here that you're gonna sell the shoes they just flowed you haha
[close]

I asked for ANYTHING cupsole, anything. Black/white is what I got, but not the right shoe style. He even said if I don't get what I like, trade them or sell them.

I wanna trade the GT's for these.

those look awful compared to the GTs, but i guess that's what makes life special. everyone is is different

I like to imagine that both Leo and Dylan had to do the ol Pappalardo Buffalo Exchange, where you sell a bulk amount of shoes with your very own name on them.

Found these at Ross for 16 bucks. Needed new shoes to skate in, found these in my size for a cheap ass price, so I got them. They feel real comfy and cushiony. Anyone know the model name? There's no name on the tongue or insole or anything, it's just the DC logo and the Super Suede logo, so I'm guessing it's a team model.
[/img]

Had these ones and another pair in white suede with gum sole, which were the dopest, most mid 90s-tastic skate shoes I've had in recent years.  From the side, they look like what Es should do for a 2014, slightly slimmed down version of the Accel, even the pattern the sidewall panels made were the same.  Rad shoes, loved them.

Dylans are definitely kitchen safe (looking).

Those Cons either blew out because of poor quality or you have a fat little toe and your feet are too wide for converse.

it's gotta be a suede defect. i have the black lows and they are fine. the highs even fit slightly bigger.

Is this a problem with only the Polar ones?

the regular ctas hi's are fine, no weird blowouts. I've put about 15 hours on a pair with no problem.

I've been looking for a good mid, and it's been hard to find a pair of the Campus Vulcs in my size...so I went with these.  They are much stiffer out of the box than any of the Adidas I usually skate.  They have less boardfeel than say the Puig, Buz Vulv, Buz pro ... but are similar to the Ronan or ADV after breaking them in.  The grip is really good (again see Buz ADV).

I skated the Blazers when they first came out in that navy/purple swoosh and really liked them.  These premium ones seem even more comfortable and durable.  I expect they will last a very long time for me.
