Skating my second pair in a row of Busenitz, I don't like how they look on my feet, because I have 13US, but are more lasting shoes I ever ride. For 40€ it was a great deal.

probably because that's not a shoe you cuff some tight pants with.

Amen brother, should not be done with any other shoe for that matter but especially any shoe which is bit more bulky/bigger.

What has the world come to when skaters argue about which shoes you can and can't cuff your pants with?

Ended up skating dunks again, dunks are one of the best skate shoes known to man.

Maybe I'll get a high-top next. Hopefully they come out with some mids in the future.

Been meaning to ask this, even though I guess it's obvious; what happened with the dunk mid? Why the discontinue?

I haven't seen in any future catalogs, I hope just on hiatus.

Couple years back, SB gave shops an option to order "everyday" line of sneakers in every season.

Black/White Blazer SB, Black/White (leather lace) Janoski, Black/White Dunk high and "griptape" dunk mid's. Maybe even a black/white dunk low.

They haven't offered that sort of deal in quite some time.

Those look nice. Have you tried the DC Matt Miller's? I'm on my third pair and feel they have a similar sole to a dunk, the grip and flex are better though...

I have pair, the oxblood one. Haven't skated in them yet. I like the overall design, comfort and durability of the dunk. Since they revamped the new ones, with the lace flaps.

Haven't ripped a lace.

Just copped these for $15 at a Ross (Cons CTS OX).

Probably my favorite skateshoe of all time. Lunarlon is the best thing since sliced bread.

PS I thought it was funny as hell that the rang up on the little screen thing as the Traspasso 2's haha.

Edit: tiny pic isn't working for me so here you go lol.

I have yet to get them that cheap! so far i've scored the 4th of July Star Players in Navy Canvas & the K.A. 2's in black suede/gum sole. both were $20 something but mainly bought it because i wanted the lunarlon insole.

havent skated a lakai model since the Howard (desert boot)... these are a great simple vulc.  actually seem like a vulc version of the Howard (very similar toe).  I think I prefer the XLK cupsole, but these are definitely a quality shoe.

I'm usually a straight vans guy but since getting knee surgery eras been hurting my knee for obvious reasons so I decided to try these Nike dunks I got at Ross for thirty. Tongues are super puffy do these things flatten out? Other than that the support feels good

Nope, they're dunks. Fat tongues are a must. Going to try out the Ishod dunk, but it's slimmer.

I like the thickness of the dunk overall construction.

Wish I could find that at my local Ross stores. Great color.

i just got super lucky typically the one by my house don't have much and this was literally the only shoe and size.  I like the padded tongue but I'm not used to tongues like this the last time i skated a shoe with a puffy tongue was the es accel plus back in 05
