I still don't understand how people rationalize wearing a shoe with a giant block "N" on the side. It looks like you're wearing a toy on your feet.

You really need to rationalize your shoe choices?

As usual, the NB# 533 served me well. Great shoes.

Gave them away, on to the next pair. Maybe eS accel OG.

[close]

Do the NB# generally fit true to size? I just ordered a pair and I'm hoping they're gonna be the right size without trying them on in a store..

True to size. The black box ones fit weird, but no need to worry about those anymore.

Go TTS to all the NB#. I do, but that's but in all brands/shoes as well, lol.

The "N" symbolizes person racers.

I need a new pair of cupsole shoes for walking and was considering those Sucius. How "white" or "cream" is the suede? It's hard to tell in pics.

HUF Soto

Really liking them so far - shape and thick to thin midsole is very reminiscent of the buzenits adv (in a good way). Skate great out the box too as the infinity rubber is nice and grippy but not at all sticky like you get with new vans. Think HUF are on to a winner with this one given the price point, but will have to see how well they last.

ive been skating the era for about 2 days, first vans in a long time. quality seems a lot better than last time, but the fabric on the inside is falling apart. its glued to the inside of the shoe with shit glue that dissolved after 1 hour of sweating. so now i have to carefully make sure no parts of inside is folded over everytime i put it on.

When I tried on a pair the adiprene insole bunches up my socks. Once I would fix it they would just bunch up again. Is Adidas going to fix that or am I being nit picky?

I heard this was less of an issue in the newer releases ... I have it in the Superstars as well and I pulled my sock all the way on before putting the shoe on and after a min or two any bunching released or my foot just acclimates to it ... either way it is the only con of the shoe and is pretty minimal and no longer bothers me.  Once used to that the insole definitely is worth that little issue imo

Based on the pic the lighting is making those shoes look darker than they are in natural light. Maybe you could say they are closer to "bone" than "cream".

Compare that pic to this one.

just had the first session with the first pair of dunk his I've owned. It's not grippy at all. Do I just have to wait for it to break in?

i am neurotic about my socks being bunched up, so much so that i only wear nike dri-fit, stance or huf socks cause i dont get this problem with them. i recently bought a pair of the maroon superstars and you definitely have to pull your sock up all the way when putting them on. i was convinced they were going to "catch" and bunch up with the grips on the insole but after about 30 mins of my first session the weird textured feeling went away and theyve never bunched up on me once. im going to buy a pair of black and white Sucius from Nallid soon and i expect them to be fine. i will report back if for some reason these adiprenes give me any issues.

Cant you people sand that texture down so it doesnt catch the socks?
That texture actually sounds cool in my ears because i like to feel my socks grippy. I only wear nike socks, the thick cotton ones, i have like 12+pairs of them. The dri-fit ones feel all wet and slippery to me, too synthetic i guess. I have an OCD too... ahah

they switched the insole grip for the adiprene in the new alltimers superstar. looks interesting
