Those Simple shoes look straight out of a retirement home but I'm curious about them... are they comfy?
Hahahaha yeah I could see that, like I said they look way less strange looking in person. The silhouette makes them look huge but I'd label them as a thin cupsole. They're really comfy actually, they're shaped like an actual foot and not just a narrow tow box narrow everything style that a lot of skate shoes are like. The grip is really good, and designed so it flexes really well so it's not just a brick on your foot(kind of like how converse weapons were). It breathes good because of the holes, and sections of the inside are leather(so is the toecap which is nice). I bought them to be snug, and they fit like a leather glove. There's no wiggle room, but because of the shape I mentioned earlier, it's not jamming my toes, just feels secure. I'm really looking forward to skating them, I can always tell a good shoe by just walking around and how they feel.
