Yeah but it's duracap canvas not like that makes it better, and they have a toe cap, and I never destroy shoes anyway. I'm pretty sure the eras still use the leather yes.

I got 2 pairs of the Hudsons  for $35usd from the 50% off Zumiez thing a while back. Skating a pair now. They felt kinda stiff out of the box but broke in super fast from walking around for a day. They're about 8 sessions in (1.5-2 hours per sesh at a plaza). The canvas on the Hudsons is like 3 or 4 layers. I have a decent size ollie hole in the canvas but it's not all the way through. Shoes are pretty much toast now. If it was suede in the ollie area, I'm sure they would have lasted a bit longer. I like them better than Vans. I'm gonna skate some koston1 hypervulcs next but will skate my other pair for sure down the road

Skated with a guy a few days ago that broke the white ones out fresh from the box. They were crazy dirty before the end of the session. They look great but I don't think i could bring myself to what them outside of the house.

Definitely dig the toe cap. If they could do suede/toe cap/waffle cup that may end up being the best skate shoe on the market.

The Pacquards are one of the best looking and skating shoes I've ever had. Wish I could get my hands on another pair.

That colourway is amazing. I have some black and white ones stashed away for a rainy day. Another excellent sale table scoop.

I totally forgot about the Pacquards!  Wish I had gotten those when I had the chance.  I also liked the sole on the AV3s which was kind of in-between the classic Vans vulc and the Adidas Gazelle skate model sole.  I wish they had used that on more models.
