i found some 15+ year old dunks in my basement. i think these were the gino IIs. The gino1s were some of my favorite shoes ever and i trashed them so bad so i remember barely wearing these because i didnt want to kill them too.

FC Classic. Feeling a bit weird at the beginning because of cupsole and the insoles. But after a day or so they are great.
Love my pair, by far the best support-to-boardfeel ratio of any shoe I've worn

Just started breaking those in. Were a little stiff at first, but are actually fantastic shoes.

I started getting a lot better when I went back to college and started taking a lot of math classes when I was 31.

I figured out how to figure things out better, if that makes sense.

I'll ask here, cause I do not want to start a new thread. Do HUF Shoes go well with a wider kind of feet? Never had a pair and the hupper 2 lo are dirt cheap at the moment.

If you have wide feet I'd go half a size up. Never had the Hupper in particular but I've had three pairs of Classics and another Pal just sent me a pair of Clives which are half a size smaller than my regular (9.5 instead of 10) because they were pretty pointy and slightly too narrow for him.

Stay TTs with the Hupper 2, the toe box is wider than almost every huf shoe.
I usually go .5 size up in a lot of hufs but the Hupper 2 is the least narrow of them all.

Cons x Hopps Pro Leathers. Hyped to try them but won't let myself skate them until the three other pairs of shoes that I have in rotation are dead.

That's wild I had glue separation on mine before I even skated them.  Mine were the "pro" model too with the sock liner and toe cap.

I had more than 10-15 pair of hufs and they most certainly do not go well with wider feet.
I still skated most of them lol.

HUF's aint bad for wide feet. You may just have to adjust your sizing. I do dylan slip ons in 12 and OG huf dylans in 13.

Have had several pairs of the hupper 2s and are great for wide feet. Very true to size too. Just breaking in a pair of the new Louie pros, amazing shoe!

Are those all leather or do they have the nylon parts?

Those look so good. I've been meaning to get a pair of fastbreaks for a while. Wish I didn't miss out on the Al Davis ones. How's the sizing?

The nylon part is what makes them so great - super flexible and light  ;)

Those look so good. How's the sizing?

They fit pretty true to size for me - on the roomy side if I had to lean one way or the other. I wear 8's in lunarlon CTAS and got these in 8.5 if that helps.

I just got that same exact pair of Fastbreaks, colorway and all, and I love them. I'm holding off on skating them til my current shoes are completely done, so I'm just wearing them around for now and they get a lot of compliments.

Would agree that they fit true to size too.

Do you go half a size down for lunar ctas? I went a full size down for mine and they fit perfect, I'm usually a 10. Sounds like the 9.5 Fastbreak might be my jive then?

I’ve skated both and you have it correct, only half size down for the fastbreaks

state felton

my initial impression is disappointment. I loved my Keys right away. These feel narrower and have noticeable heel slip. i was assuming since they are slightly higher they would fit tighter on the heel but that doesnt seem the case.

they dont feel horrible or anything. im hoping as they break in they change. the keys didnt need any break in.

Had this same issue when I put mine on for the first time. I won't skate them for a while but if the break in period doesn't help the heel slip then I'll give them to a friend.
