Strangely, I have never posted in this thread... NB212s. Prob my favorite shoe and always manage to find old color ways for a decent price. Particularly like these rubber toe caps... not everyone's cuppa tea I know.

such a great shoe pretty much the vulcs I skate these days. They are so good. Canvas IMO is the best material to skate, but the worst because of durability. This is a solid canvas shoe. I haven't had a pair with a rubber toe yet. Also the 213s which is the same shoe.

Sneakerheads clown on AJ1 mids, they usually sit for a while. I am currently banned BRED mids that I got pretty easily for retail.

Aj1 mids skate great. Maybe better than dunks....wel been awhile, but I’ve got fond memories. Little bit of superglue and they last.
The highs got the better materials, but that mid plastic leather works fine

As you said, in the sneaker world mids are doo doo. Which is awesome for skaters. I search the sneaker forums and get them almost brand new (worn once or twice) for hella cheap. I like them better than the highs for skating anyway.  And when your jeans are hanging over them..
Plus you can tongue fuck the shit out of them if you feel that way inclined.

I tried them on in 2019 and they had glued in insoles. Not saying they can't be swapped but I was surprised by that detail at that pricepoint

Been skating the black suede Last Resort AB VM001’s for the past couple days.  Felt completely broken in right out of the box and the boardfeel is excellent.  Not sure how long they’ll last but I’ll probably preemptively order another pair.

I've been eyeing Tyshawn's shoe for quite a while. Only heard good things about it + cupsole mid topish is too appealing to say no. Thing is that I was in my country adidas site and they recommend to order half size smaller.
Any comments about it?

I find the Tyshawns to actually be a little tight in the toe area until they fully break in after a couple sessions.  I personally go true to size with that shoe.

I find the Tyshawns to actually be a little tight in the toe area until they fully break in after a couple sessions.  I personally go true to size with that shoe.

I almost returned mine, but after a week in them they are actually fitting.
tow box was short and tight but loosening, also the mid area was pushing my foot forward but it seems to be softening up now.

Just like the previous posts say true to size, they break in fairly easy and are great, highly recommend. I think I saw they are doing a tyshawn low soon, in case that sways your decision at all

The weird thing about Jordan 1’s is they run half a size big. So I get my true size and put another already used inner sole in and they are perfect.

These look so nice. I tend to skate cons or vans but very tempted by these. Would you say they're a mix of both or closer to a converse style shoe?
