I’m really liking the V2 440 so far. I’ve had 4 pairs of the V1 (3 low top 1 high top) and they pretty much feel the same. I’d say the 440 V2 has less heel slip.

they are the highs though right? i have a weird aversion towards jordan 1 mids but i think the proportions on the highs work reeeally well.

where do you get those on sale in europe? if you mind sharing.....

After skating in dunks and asics for a minute, i wanted something with no big logos.
Skated in them for an hour.
Im impressed. I feel in full control of my board. It grips like a mf and flicks so well. Broke in quick and feels sturdy. Hopefully they hold up and don't sogg out.

They are pretty comfy. The insole is firm (it doesnt feel gummy like vans tech insoles.) but provides good padding and board feel on the forefoot.

thanks dudes. Yup those are the highs, I like them much better than the mids too. I got them through Vente privée, French website that has flash sales. It's cheap but you have to act fast. Like order on the morning the sale starts for a particular brand.

I get a bit of heel bruise with these and those herringbone Authentic Highs that came out a couple months ago, but not as bad as with Crockett Decons. For some reason, vulcs feel better to me than cupsoles.

I just wanted to support AA but couldn't see myself buying a Hockey deck. On top of these, I got a pair of checkerboard Slip-Ons (from the skate line) because it was the only vegan colorway in the local shop. The checkerboard pattern isn't for me, but hopefully I'll be done with both pairs by the end of May.

Came really close to coming home with the pinks from Ross tonight. $40 and size 10.5 when I think 10 is probably the best size for me in the shoe.
