i’ve thought about going the ‘pnw boot’ direction, but that is a lot. feels like a slippery slope towards ‘exc’ etc etc.

hahah, damn. incorrectly typed: ‘edc’. pnw boots like whites, nicks, etc, seem overly precious, kinda like having a titanium mini pry bar in your pocket, or a very specific pocket knife for different tasks.
there is an aspect to supporting those small companies that i like: old companies, made locally, employing folks at presumably a decent wage. aspects i guess.

Great colorway.

These will be my next skate shoes after I wear out my blazers. Love this color way but it’s a bit hard to match with my clothes.

After skating in dunks and asics for a minute, i wanted something with no big logos.
Skated in them for an hour.
Im impressed. I feel in full control of my board. It grips like a mf and flicks so well. Broke in quick and feels sturdy. Hopefully they hold up and don't sogg out.

They are pretty comfy. The insole is firm (it doesnt feel gummy like vans tech insoles.) but provides good padding and board feel on the forefoot.

What's the sizing like?
