Awesome!  The best photos are made with the camera that you have with you at all times.

on theskateboardmag website, they just linked all the old "fresh crops". checking through them, i realized that all of atibas shots of that area seem so overprocessed, i really dont like them. http://theskateboardmag.com/articles/fresh-crops-atiba/

is atiba still on that train? i havent bought theskateboardmag in a long time, hard to get in austria.

Some girl who lives by me let me shoot some portraits of her. Still learning to use 35mm. Was hesitant to use much photoshop (saturation, contrast etc), so i just slightly corrected the colour as they all had a slight green tint

He's toned it down a bit from a year or two ago (used to be HDR to the next level :( ), but he's still processing the shit out of everything for the most part. I just miss the days when every single photo he shot was fucking rad- the golden Hasselblad film era of Atiba. You know, before he starting walking around with a 35,000 dollar camera in his bag and photoshop on the mind. I mean the guy fucking pioneered the use of medium format, the hassy fish and everything that goes along with that in skateboarding. That's why I love looking through the early issues of The Skateboard Mag so much.

Where is that bunny shrine deal Fongstarr? Looks really sick, be a nice little reason to go to Haight.

Tried a night shot from the window in my new place. Really starting to enjoy taking pictures now that I know a few basic things.

It's in Lower Haight area. Like Laguna and Haight near Fillmore St. Not too far from DLX SF actually. I always liked Jeremy Fish. Lots of other dudes hit up that wall too. Too bad some punks already tagged over it.

Nice night shot. You live in the TL on one of those hight rise buildings? I can't quite place where that photo could have been taken at.

nice stuff as per usual, sx. the horse at the door shot is awesome.

stlind, the ME super is a great camera to begin shooting film with.  i picked one up for dirt cheap at a yard sale awhile back and cherished it until its recent death. its compactness makes it an awesome carry around camera, and manual override is a big plus if you're looking to wean yourself off of auto/aperture priority. if i was lucky enough to stumble upon a black body, i'd definitely swoop it up.

try to get rid of the on cam flash, they look pretty flat.

edit:

I got a new job and I am planning on buying a linhof technica or a wista field. damn expensive, but totally worth it.

I'd go with the Linhof.  I have been using a Toyo View Monorail, which is more similar to the Wista.  Both have more freedom for actions on the standards than the Linhof, but you never need to use such drastic tilts, and you sacrifice the mobility of the Linhof.
