I just pushed down the street pretty fast and there was that other guy on a skateboard coming round. I didnt know him or anything and he greeted me as I was skating by. I was just surprised and greeted him back. It was just a nice gesture that got me stoked.

No that's real. A lot of people in my neighborhood did that last year. I think it's some kind of kit or something that makes it easy to set up and put your own music to.

Well...I had my first real skate for the first time in almost 9 weeks.  And I gotta say...HOLY SHIT skating is actually the best thing on the damn planet.  I could not believe how much fun I was having just being able to smith grind a box again, or 5-0 a quarterpipe, or even just powerslide on smooth cement.  I dunno how I even got myself through the last two months of life.  I'M BACK BABY!!

Not being able to skate for any amount of time shows you how much you really love it, and i have no idea what i would do if i couldn't skate for two months, so i bet you're hyped as fuck.

Took the train into the city this weekend with some friends to skate around for the day, and on the way in it was snowing and looked like skating was pretty much not gunna happen.  But by the time we got there it was sunny, the snow had melted and was drying up, and it ended up being really good day.

spent about 30 minutes straight doing nothing but frontside slappies on this parking block in the local indoor park last night.

As a result of the numerous slappies, i broke the parking block, approximately the end quarter of the block broke off completely off.
