It doesn't make you a misogynist if you stop there and don't make a bigger deal about it, but weirdos gotta make it this big commentary on women's skateboarding as a whole.
Look at the talent range of sponsored and pro male skaters, there are countless very popular pro skaters who aren't even in the same galaxy talent-wise as guys like Ishod, Yuto, Jah, Foy, Thiago, etc but nobody says "
why are we celebrating this sub-par male skating when there are so many more talented male skaters out there?!"
In fact, I'd say most "core" skaters have a tendency to prefer the gritty, working class male pros over the Olympic superstars who land wild flip-in/flip-out tricks on handrails with 100% consistency.
But I guess that's different for some reason?
