You have no problems with ICE executing US citizens or cops shooting black people in the back of the head. You’ll talk about Tiananmen Square while ignoring Kent State. Your country is run by pedophiliac billionaires that murder children for fun. Fuck off with your moral high ground.

That's very presumptuous of you as nobody has mentioned any of those subjects.  Are you able to stay on the topic of Independent trucks or did you run out of psych meds?

I walk around the Jewish part of town with my swastika shirt on seething for comments so I can school them on its Buddhist origins.

I really doubt that. Pretty sure you’ve gotten curb stomped if that was the case.

The Nazis used an inverse swastika. Hitler was obsessed with the dark side of the occult. But I’m guessing you didn’t know or care about that when you bought your swastika shirt.

Illustrating the point perfectly. Yeah we all get that you think it would be funny to wear a swastika while walking around a Jewish community. The same kind of person who would say it’s just a logo and anyone offended by it is woke, or whatever buzzword your tiny brain has been told to regurgitate.

Who are all the racist dudes that don't skate wearing indy? I've only seen skaters rock the logo.

If you even come through Southern California, I'd start at Huntington Beach, make your way up the coast, then head inland towards Westminster and Anaheim until you reach Riverside and San Bernardino. If you have time, you can also visit North County San Diego, Imperial County, coastal LA cities from Torrance through El Segundo, or follow the shore to Ventura.

There's definitely a surf/skate element which you might not see in other backwards parts of the U.S.

Not to mention one of America's biggest sources of wealth and resources is manufacturing wars and invading other countries. At least China is not dropping bombs on other countries for profit.

Well, they are gearing up to invade or blockade Taiwan in the next few years.

Oh and they also starved tens of millions of people to death under Mao.

what a sweet treat for us to get the iron cross back for their anniversary. let us celebrate their cultural heritage and respect their co-opting of imagery that is DEFINITELY just based on military iconography, because supporting imperial violence is kinda gnarly. Jackboot authoritarianism is core in skateboarding. We hug cops and love the military. Isnt it cool when a cop does a kickflip?

Listen up, lil pups. This shit isnt hard to understand and most of us know cross defenders are just being little freaks for the sake of attention. But some are not and want to wear it to dogwhistle to other freaks that they want a white nationalist society. Which is happening. We have concentration camps and people are being murdered in them.

Corpos want your money and they saw that so many people were salivating to wear some fucking cross that is soaked in the blood of working people around the world. Doesnt that feel gross to yall that they would try to squeeze money out of the rise authoritarian takeover? Doesnt it feel gross that Indy would be so cowardly that theyd bring back a thing that THEY GOT RID OF DUE TO WHAT IT REPRESENTED in the midst of the US building concentration camps and a militarized force killing people in the streets?

Just wear it, cowards. Show me you are a simp for a company and their logo. That's core as hell.
some of those that work forces
are the same that rock crosses

It never mattered which direction it went in, as far as the native American items I've seen with it on them, or on myriad houses and items in India, Nepal etc

Maybe the nazis had a hardon for which direction it faced

There's a notebook out there with hitler's rough drafts for the logo, there were some Christian symbols, etc. he just wanted something really old and classic to help push his narrative. Nazis used to bury stuff they made and then have archaeologists dig it up and take pictures to "prove" something about the aryan race

I think we can all agree that Dakota Servold has effectively bridged the gap between historical imagery and skateboarding culture. The solution: Bypass skateboarding almost entirely and go to what Americans really are enamored with... breakfast foods... and mustaches. We love a good mustache.

Case in point:

He’s been in multiple photos recently wearing it. A bunch of skateshops had cross merch but they insinuated that it was limited because of some legacy collection bullshit. So not only are they using it to drum up manufactured scarcity, they’re pissing off everyone in the process. Truly a case study in poor brand management.

Yes and no. In NJ it’s a solid salary that would allow you to buy a 3 bedroom condo or a small home by yourself and have money for all other life essentials. In CA you could afford a 1-2 bedroom condo or a 3 bedroom condo with a roommate. You are also accepting a discount for working in skateboarding. A job like this in a different industry would probably earn an extra 30% but for working in skateboarding and in Santa Cruz the quality of life should be high.
