Oyola didn't say Kalis' name once, did he? Almost gotta respect the pettiness.

Oof. Burman kooked it so hard that he managed to get his cover/grind - without argument, one of the gnarliest tricks ever done - erased from history.

Camo pants make everybody look ICE adjacent. Even back in 7th grade I used to question skaters I’d see in camo pants because I associated them with sneaking up on and killing innocent, living beings. Who do people in camo think they’re hiding from in urban environments? Genuinely curious, not trying to be mean.

Not sure about the suciu bs lipslide clip but if i remember correctly the switch 360 flip bump to can was kevin bilyeu in sabotage 5?
Also i remember brian panebianco talking about there being controversy of bilyeu doing the trick first when somebody else in philly wanted to do it or maybe did it?

That was excellent. Wish he would have mentioned love in Malmo, and had Kalis talk about grabbing the granite for his park. I'm surprised there is that much of it (the granite) still there,  I know the lads here would be robbing it for a DIY.

Gonna need to bring back the astrology thread.

Although im a bit tired of hearing of Love (and EMB) the way he brings up the city planning and history makes it feel like more than just talking about the same spot for the hundredth time.

Can’t remember where it’s at but someone refresh me on why Oyola hated Kalis

What’s crazy and I’m not sure is the main point, but it almost seemed the city purposely, even knowing the history and architecture, did the remodel out of spite to skateboarding.  It looks so bad architecturally…just wow

Okay....So were you battling with some sort of trauma at that age or were you just an insufferably opinionated kid with next to no friends?

always high quality from Ted. Watched it with my gf as usual, she likes these too. Maybe it was because of the length that the absence of any woman's perspective or coverage stood out though.

Ricky thought Kalis fucked his girl. It ended up not being true, and years later they supposedly ended up squashing it. Kalis has always been vocal when it comes to praising Ricky’s skating, even giving props to Ricky as his main influence when it came to making the tiles into a kicker and skating over the cans, but when it comes to the other way around you rarely hear Ricky praise Kalis, so who knows if Ricky still holds some unspoken animosity towards him.

Your logic and your plan’s flawed yet I can’t help but agree with you.
