So I cut a new board out of an old one like I was planning.  I only cut the nose and tail so I could keep the concave (it also saved me some cutting). Then I did a bunch of sanding and painting.

Also, I cut through the grip without a problem, which saved me money on new grip.

Yeah I got them because I wanted wheels for my cruiser that looked like the sort of wheel Ed Templeton used to ride when he was on Spitfire circa Welcome to Hell. Great cruiser wheel soft but can still do tricks, no core and reversibile.

I had that thing on my watch list and I missed the fucking auction. Did you win it? I remember it sold super cheap, like $28...

Nah I wish - that's pretty cheap.

Can't deal with my "All Terrain Formula" Bones anymore.  They have negative traction even on slightly damp ground.  Anyone have any suggestions on rain wheels?

some people on here must live in some pretty smooth areas getting a cruiser with only 54mm hard wheels.
skating is all about choosing your outfit very deliberately, going out in public. looking super sick. and then riding your board a little bit

New deck. It's a 7.5.

I'm thinking about getting this deck and I was wondering, if put 7.5 venture lows with 60 mm ojs will it ride weird or will I just need to get risers?

id say youll almost definately need risers. i have 7.5 habitat cruiser with soft 55s and some pretty big risers. you need them if you wanna ride loose, which you do

thanks, how big are your risers and what trucks do you use? so I know to get bigger if you have low trucks or maybe around the same if you have highs since the wheels will be a little bigger.
