Then go to the kids that are sitting down on the ledges or barely learning fs no complys if they post on slap. The latter posts on slap more than the former. Aside from my friends who only know about slap because of me, i have only met one person through actually skateboarding that knows about slap message boards, and he doesn't even post.

mmm, i could just as easily say that you dont skate even close to the same way that keegan skates and therefore you cant form a valid argument on how hard his tricks are. I know you understand that point because oftentimes you try to explain how gnarly the latest p rod part is to some of the slap kids to no avail.

i find it weird that you are so defensive about it though. do you consider yourself to be in competition with these guys or something?

The study doesn't need to be conducted, because we already know the answer. Hardly anyone that can skate worth a shit posts on slap, or skateboard message boards in general. Actually, what's funny is that slap roasts people on skateperception, but person on skateperception is much more likely to actually be decent at skateboarding. Slap is the worst of the worst.

I'm gonna agree with you on this, but then I also have to call you out on shit you say about transition. You've said you don't skate transition, but it's easy to skate and always hate on it. So by your own logic, you can't really gauge how hard transition is to skate unless you actually skate it, which you've said you don't.

It's not as easy as you think by the way. Certain tricks like backsmiths are stupidly easy, but other tricks that may seem simple can be really hard.

It's not as easy as you think by the way. Certain tricks like backsmiths are stupidly easy, but other tricks that may seem simple can be really hard.

Little kids that start skating at parks always start out skating transition. The one time i consciously made an actual effort to skate transition (a mini ramp, but whatever) i was doing blunt fakies like nothing. I would be willing to bet that if i skated transition for a year i would be better than 90% of the people on slap at that, too.

i feel it's time to step in... i skated with COTG this past saturday and i can honestly say that he is a good skateboarder and a decent guy. skating with someone in real life and talking shit on slap are two very different things; its too easy to judge a person based on the internet persona they put on. at the end of the day, its just a wooden toy, and slap is just a series of tubes anyway
