our east coast photographer zach malfa-kowalski took himself to visit friends down in australia and shot an article along the way. lots of good aussie photos and digicam clips, plus a short interview with habitat/cons rider down under, bryce golder.

Juan (I don't know why but he pronounces it Jew-aan) seriously stomps his tricks so hard. Like he's trying to push his trucks through the cement.

Callum Pauls front board across the two benches though is insane. Not only the transfer but the top of those benches isn't flat. Those strips of metal that form the back rest curl over the top of the bar.

When I was in Australia last year, this whole crew showed up to the skate plaza in Sydney one day. I didn't have a clue who any of them were, but they were all so damn good. About a month or two later, I picked up an Australian Skate Magazine and realized they all had photos in it. I'm pretty sure if they moved over to the U.S. they'd all blow up pretty fast. They're really really really good. But I think they just like Australia too much...and I don't blame them.
