I still wonder what trick Reynolds did down that triple set he skated in the Altamont tour video. I thought they blurred it just because he wanted to save it for Stay Gold.

360 flip...and i wonder why it wasnt in there. its the same set leo tried to 360 flip and ate shit on in an older vid, i remember the caption said something about if you leave reynolds company hes gonna get you back. obviously a joke, but i would've loved to see it.

Such a good video I really can't pick out a part I like the most, that nollie three flip herman did was fucking shocking. Westgate's part was also just amazing start to finish. Same with romero/reynolds. I know they stand out over the rest for me but every part in this is seriously sick.
I didn't like spanky's part on the basis that he really doesn't put out much footage in the first place for anything, so I thought right he's been filming this for a long time i'm kinda gonna base a lot on what this part turns out like, and to be honest I thought it was mediocre at best when compared to anything else in that video. That frontside flip over the handrail was sick though.

yeah it's crazy cause he had to have done it twice. he had a tws cover a few years back with that trick, but i guess they didn't like the filming or something so they made him redo it. funny cause i don't even think deathwish was founded yet when the cover came out but he's wearing a baker has a deathwish tee in the footage.

also, in this issue, they have an emerica stay gold article and i remember reynolds getting a back 3 down the bercy four block and i was impressed, crazy that he did the five.

and to whoever said it, you can't really compare herman's two switch fs flips over rails because one was alley oop, so it was amazing.

I'm convinced that cover is a photo of a kickflip. In the baker deathwish video he kickflips that set dressed exactly like that and I can't really tell but it appears there is a dude taking a photo in that same spot.

i knew exactly what you were talking about but i went to check to make sure and you're absolutely right. definitely makes more sense.
2:39, he lands and you see the photographer back up into the shadow to the right of the set if you were standing from the top.

I got it off itunes and there was no heath part. i feel ive missed out on half the video now. As for the rest hermans part was sick but i wish there was less picnic table footy. braydons part bored me. Spanky's part was suprising , hes doing his thing everyone else was really good. i saw a lot of stuff ive never seen suski killed it too i loved it.

No idea why anyone would hate this video, it's raw

I like seeing the long roll-aways and pushing bits offset by the fast-paced clip-clip-clip sequences. the editing is solid so it has repeat value. i'm stoked off my face.

Heath killed it, they fucking blew it by not putting his part in the real video. Brandon's part was absolutely fucked. Did anyone else notice that he did all of those hill bomb tricks in the same day? I really liked Aarons part too, since I didn't have any real expectations for it and it ended up being really refreshing amongst all the stairs and rails in the video. Andrew Reynolds had a really good part too, the switch tail to BS flip was amazing, but other than those guys, I felt pretty disappointed. A lot of the parts were way too short to have spent 5 years on and there were plenty of tricks that I really wanted to see that were in magazines beforehand weren't in the video.

Also, putting skate sounds over super 8 footage is fucking lame. Cut it out.
