I was thinking the same thing. To me, it seems like you could potentially cause the sole to start to separate from your flick.

I was told by Kevin Imamura at Nike that the toe stitching on most shoes does nothing. It's only for aesthetics.

Yeah I know, I just don't like the look of it or when it starts to fray after skating em for a while. Would just rather it not be there at all personally

i didnt mind, until now, when they started fraying.  wish they would go back and heat transfer the logo and remove the toe stiching.  until then, despite being insanely comfy, wont get again.

earl can actually skate too he's not the best dude but i watched dude skate a park and he nose grind boxes and mini tables does nollie flips etc he got his basics down plus i think this is good for lakai.  I would love to see those dudes sell a ton of shoes and get some exposure i respect that he did it with lakai I'm sure he could of went the vans route again or nike with the kevin bradley, theotis connection.  Plus dude is a talented rapper.
