Rewires are the only decent-ish appleyard shoe on globe.

I liked his Vagrant model as well, had a few pairs when they first came out and they surprisingly skated really well, and the soles felt thick to me for being a vulc.

The shoe I wish Globe would bring back is the Finale. not as far as longevity, but in simplicity, I put it up there with being Globe's Accel: good looking shoe, great feeling cupsole, simple design, and when it came out, everyone on Globe wore it and it looked sick.  Kurt Winter and McEntire made it sick in Smoke and Mirrors, Lutzka's nollie flip down the adio gap from his UBF part where the heel of I believe his right shoe was not attached to the upper of the shoe, and just the entire Globe team wearing them almost exclusively for years...until the Encore came around and the finale was gone.

Pretty sure they still make the encore which was a vulc version of the finale.

Who remembers the obscure Appleyard models? Like the Strike. What was the name of the mid top that released alongside the strike? It had moccasin vibes before the Duncombe shoe.

That whole 3st line is garbage. 1-3 all look like weird tech shoes just to say "hey look we are tech and perform" but then don't actually match the vibes they're trying to represent. They're trying to hard hahah.
I would 95% buy this Appleyard shoe over any of the 3st if they were the exact same price as these.

I tried to skate the lynx og and it was a bit much for me so I sold them on here to johnes (glad that worked out!) but i'm honestly considering trying out the lynx zero. From that review it seems the actual footbed is closer to the ground. The reviewer said the heels felt like they didn't have enough impact protection so maybe I could throw a zoom air insole from a dunk in there. Hope someone on here gives em a review.

I agree with you, even though part of me think that they at least tried to offer something different. I'm currently skating the 3st 004 that I bought for cheap, and they seem to be durable so far and comfy, but the heel to toe drop is a bit much, it reminds me of the busenitz. I'm not a fan of the look or the outsole either, but they are functional and can understand why some people like it.

I was wondering when those where supposed to come out. My friend has a sample pair and they look really good, almost like a terrace shoe for skating. Really hyped to try them out!

Are these a limited release like a lot of the other Busenitz special editions?
they definitely look more like the Spezial line Adidas has, having a more square toe and a very gazelle like profile.
I think these are a huge improvement, but I'm worried about the skate-ability since many of the "Vintage" Specizial shoes are thin and hard.
