Also, anyone know what's going on with the Berle 2? I know it was talked about a while ago but idk if it was serious or not since it's been a while since then.

I was thinking about this today too…..

The choice of the front toe cap is interesting on the 808, it does feel like a very Brazilian design language.

I’ve seen them in person. I remember the lace loops being just nylon. I could be mistaken though.

One dude rolled up to the spot the other weekend with like a fresh 4 year old DGK deck that had some kind of Japanese cherry blossom graphic grip and a pretty worn pair of Axion's. I was shocked, but he was pretty good and didn't seem to care

Yeah.  I use mine as chillers, but think people wouldn’t mind skating in them if they like shoes like that.   Love them a lot.   Super comfortable.   Missed out on the original model, so I can’t compare fit, but they hit the nostalgia itch I def needed scratching.

Only person I've seen in the UK with them is Grove in bits of recent footy, other than that not seen any at all.

I guess not many people who were nostalgic of stuff from the 90s hold much for Axion around here in Wales, unlike how the Lynx and Accel's have done when they were re-released.

I’ve only seen the genesis in person. Not my taste but they looked ok and the owner of them seemed pretty hyped on them. Not hyped enough to open an account with his shop tho… lol
