I love them, and I go half size up. But honestly everyone is different

I feel like there's something about Sambas that stop them from being good skate shoes. People on here have talked about how the original Sambas aren't very good for most people because the sole is the wrong material and it seems like every time they try to make a skateable version, something different is off about it.

The current Samba ADV skates great. My fav ADV version of a classic from adidas.

I know they look near identical, but I like the fit and feel of all suede Spezials way more than Sambas.  They should make an ADV version of those.

That’s basically the Busenitz, same outsole unit, same last. The Vintage version is even closer because it’s less padded like the Handball Spezial.

Yup, I can attest. The spezials feel like a busenitz due to the same soles but then a toe cap of a samba. Im not sure if the sole has been made more skate friendly for the busenitz - maybe slightly softer.

I once bought a worn pair from a vintage store and they skated great

First Batch (Full Black - Full White - Off White): end of august
Second batch (Black/Navy - Red): end of october

I actually like the cupsole Cab. It's obviously disappointing that it looks to be a wafflecup and not something truly supportive. Even something closer to the Emerica G6 unit would be enough. With all the money they put into ugly ass collabs and random new styles I just don't understand their approach.
