It's been super quiet with shoe releases lately, adidas, nb#, and nike about the only companies with anything lately. That is unless you want to talk about a faux ostrich leather AS-1 from converse, a lizard king collab with hours is yours, or the new rose anvil x Warsaw collab

If anything it's the other way around.
The Powerphase is a 80s workout shoe, basically adidas answer to the Reebok Workout that was really popular at the time...
This version is just a beefed up upper with different materials.

Yes thank you.  Getz 1 was what I was thinking.  I remember that being a super popular shoe at the time.   That and the Kenny Anderson 1 adios seemed to have a longer than normal shelf life back then when it wasn’t as common for a model to stick around as long as they did
