The beat in this track at 2:03 runs through my head at least once a day at some point. One of my all time favorites.

Wayne is beastin on this shit. hearing him spit over Wu-Tang's "CREAM" was really dope. i didn't think he'd bring back that 06-07 flow on some of these songs.

Anyone here ever notice that Rakim's flow sounds bit from LL Cool J??? Funny that most rappers give love to Rakim (Nas, Wu Tang, etc.) but sleep on where that general style actually came from.

someone from that era once wrote about how ll cool j was kinda the drake of his era. i can't vouch for that but i definitely see the comparison ("i need love"?) and it's possible that's why he didn't get as much respect from fellow rappers.

big sean thinks he's one of the greatest rappers and that his verse on control was better than kendrick's lol

I do believe he was in a Sprite commercial, that was a little later though.

^ no, you're probably just under the age of 18. that album is not up there with ready to die at all. it's pretty solid overall, but to be honest those features make it out to be better than it should be. like, earl either matches or underperforms the guest on every song besides sasquatch or centurion. don't get me wrong though, i'm a fan... it's just that earl lacks direction/emotion on a lot of the tracks. cypher type tracks don't work when you don't have standout bars or a great flow/presence, but to me it seemed like he was just reading rhyming words in monotone from his phone. earl really delivers on sundays, chum, sasquatch, centurion, and guild though.

i dont really fuck with OF like that at all but Tyler's actually a pretty good producer and can SOMETIMES bring some really nice bars. they've got their niche and they do it well. HOWEVER saying Doris is up there with Ready to Die & the Black Album is just fucking absurd.

Jay Z has the best laugh in Hip Hop
So Colllin have the same t-shirts, seven years by now, at least...
