This shit is so New York. I love it.

shit was so good. backing this dude hard
i've been sleeping on dude cause that was tight. definitely gonna check out his new one. i think the title and the way he stylized it to look like his name is so clever.

gonna plug this song/music video i made. kinda montage-y. didn't film all the clips but i edited it and wrote/produced/recorded/mixed the song.

http://www.livemixtapes.com/download/31961/lil-wayne-sorry-4-the-wait-2.html

Here's a better quality for Sorry 4 the Wait 2, since the datpiff link sounds terrible

Wayne's definitely returning to his old form, or at least closer. The Cash Money/Birdman beef has him hungry again. So many good Birdman disses, he references that Nancy Grace/2chainz interview from BOUT A WEEK AGOOOO, and bodies Bobby Shmurda on the hot nigga beat while making some punchlines about the charges Bobby copped ("I been hot since 1998 nigga, that's 98 degrees Nick Leche nigga, hope you know the feds got instagram, they liking every photo that you take nigga"). I need to give it a couple more listens but he definitely snaps on a lot of the songs. The autotune use is a little much, but his flow and energy are both on point, and he comes through with the punchlines like old wayne. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come, it'd be nice to get old mixtape wayne back.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

"Y society - travel at my own pace" (2007). First time I heard this I was like whaaaaa!!! They use traditional beat machine/sampling techniques. Not everyone likes this type, but its way dope! Easy listening yet fire at the same time. I can't think of anyone who really rhymes like this (mcs name is Insight from D.C. While the beatmakers name is Damu the Fudgemunk from Boston).

Thanx Musty!!!
-Oh yeah, I mixed the cities between insight and damu from Y Society in my last post.
-Furthermore:
Damu, being from the D.C. area had the coolest song (he rhymed/produced himself) giving ode to the city. When Bobby Worrest's "hometown turf killer" part came out I imagined it could of fit cool with it. Kinda fast paced, but potentially giving a good skate plaza feel being that its D.C. themed.

I found a shoebox full of old mixtapes from the mid-90s and started to upload them with some liner notes every Friday.

This week Biggie's tour DJ and producer DJ Enuff Adobo!

Been listening to this song a bunch since can relate. I got a lot of stress in my life at the moment. I read into lyrics a lot and since I stopped taking my medicine for my depression/anxiety my mood swings really matches the different persona's Cudi uses in this song.

As for music I've been listening to without meaning that's just got a nice beat and flow, it's been this song

Any dude that hates on roller hockey hasn't played, and likely haven't played a sport in their entire life.
