am i the only one that instantly dismisses any skater that has some regular name like some of these kids in europe? i mean, i know it's completely irrational and stupid, but i just can't help it. when i see a thread with a video from some guy who's name looks like his parents vomited the scrabble tiles i'm like "meh, whatever", regardless of how amazing they are at skateboarding.

also, when somebody does a trick with colored wheels or grip it's totally worthless. you could switch kf bs nosebluntslide el toro but if you did it with "shake junt" on your grip or pink wheels you may as well not have done it at all. again, completely irrational, but it still ruins shit for me.

i get it, but it really depends on what's causing the traffic jam. if it's actual skateboarding, fine. but when it's a shithead just aimlessly rolling around, staring at their board going 2 mph and not paying any attention, that pisses me off. it's basically saying to the whole session "fuck everyone else who's here to try to have fun, i am the most important person here, so look out."

seconded. the whole bacon obsession within our culture is ridiculous. the only reason it's so attractive as a food to most folks is because they've conditioned themselves to a ridiculous amount of salt and fat, and, as you said, can't really appreciate real food anymore because of it. go without bacon for a while and shit you considered tasteless before suddenly becomes a lot more attractive to the tastebuds.
