This ones quite sad, but the general public.

people walking around not looking where theyre going because theyre texting or whatever
drivers who dont indicate or drive much slower than the speed limit or go quite fast then emergency break for no reason
people who when youre skating on the pavement stand in your way on purpose just to be a dick
tramps who beg me for money, i dont mind giving them money but i cant afford to give money to all 20 or so of them that hang around the city centre and they shouldnt try and make me feel bad about that
people in shops who take like an hour to pay because theyre trying to use exact change
the people who work in chinese restraunts where i live, theyre all rude as fuck
people in the street who try and rope you into conversations about jesus and shit
went to a photography class and at the end the teacher went round asking what people like to take photos of, half of the class (average 50 year olds who are very self important) laughed at me when i said skateboarding
on that last note^ people who turn up late to class because they just had to get a starbucks

Happy people are the worst. When I worked at a grocery store, I had to smile at every customer and it killed me. It got to the point to where if i would see a happy child or person I would just scowl at them.

Shit, when I worked fast food and front counter or drive thru (FFUUU!!!) was my duty I never smiled, said how's your day, etc. I got some calls about how I never ask how their, customers, day was. Some guy even confronted me at front counter and said I need to say how's your day, what can I get for you. If your the only idiot here and I'm standing at the register, do I need to say shit. Another guy got pissed because I stood there. Fuck customer service. I hate how people expect others to ask stupid question like this? Do I care about your day, you're only going to say good or fine.
