Clippers are the first team to crawl out of the hole and get a winning record after being 15 games down. Insane turnaround, I'll eat crow for saying ty should be fired. He should be coach of the year

Viewing related question, what is a good place to watch NBA games streaming for free?
I was using Kofu Player / DofuStream and it worked like a charm up until recently and now all I get is video error messages every time I try to watch a game.

It was really dope for NFL watching I used it practically the whole season and most of the NBA season so far.

Any other recommendations?

I was watching the Right Time interview with Bruce Bowen…he was talking about doing little annoying stuff to people just to try to get them to react and lose their cool. An elbow here, a slap on the arm there, pull the jersey, step on the foot…

Now, like any good Spurs fan I love Bruce Bowen… but I haaaaate it when people do stuff like that. And especially the calculated-ness of it.

I know what you mean, but it felt charming when he was talking about it, not some Dillon/Grayson Allen troll shit

I’ve been meaning to call in to his show.  I have a few candidates for White People with Black names I grew up with

Looks like Las Vegas and Seattl expansion teams are basically a lock.   Memphis and New Orleans likely going to the East

Expansion teams will probably be bad at first and dilute the talent pool which does not make sense from a fan perspective. We dont need more tanking teams ffs

I'm also not looking forward to it at all. Only silver lining is that it'll be dope to have the Sonics back.

Fine with Seattle getting a team but seriously....vegas. Such a cash grab. Give it to a city with fans not rooted in tourism.

Luka is on one of those Kobe 2003 like scoring streaks right now.  It's really fun to watch and as someone who is a very pessimistic Laker fan, I damn near wrote the entire season off a month ago when the team was losing to scrubs, it's been a fun 8 game streak of beating playoff teams.  I still think the ceiling is low for this squad, but it's higher now that they've figured some stuff out on how to play together.
It would have been fun for Luka to drop 84 in Miami on Bam last night.

Him figuring out custody with his ex had done wonders for his game.

It’ll be a bummer to be doing this well and then get the nuggets in the first round

Has he not already been "bodied"? Every time they play houston they let Sengun get away with alot. and thats ok....but i think playoffs wont be anything he hasnt come across already. I'm not the type of fan to make predictions, i just know its going to be a fun playoffs to watch.
Just as there will be a different approach to defend Wemby, theres going to be a different Wemby in the playoffs.

Haven't watched spurs Houston yet this season so I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Sengun just playing hard or wha?
I just mean he hasn't had the physicality of the playoffs yet so he won't know what to expect. Which in turn he will be, I get. But refs won't favor him in the situation. Strikes me as the type who isn't going to take it well the first time around.
Also think there will be an emphasis on putting smaller physical defenders on him and schematically he will see new defenses for longer durations. Teams have been playing against wemby with the intention of not giving too much away come playoffs. Or they should.

Fully agree there will be a different wemby come playoffs. I just think this year is a learning year

Almost everybody has to go through that. Who's the last go-to guy that advanced deep into their first playoff run? Booker in '21 comes to mind, but that team featured CP3. The most proven playoff perfomer on the Spurs is... Harrison Barnes.

I agree everyone goes through that but wemby is being shoved down our throats differently than stars from years passed (that's the only reason I ever said anything in the first place but now I started slappin during middle of the night deuces and find myself lost). Seems like every analyst is all about the spurs. For good reason. He's a different beast. I'm not hating on the guy at all.

That’s also the knock against Detroit as well.     Historically teams won’t make it to the Finals when they’ve never won a series before

agree. Im not a fan of all these analyst. bring back stuart scott! . kinda not cool with all the attention. when i think about it....I really cant stand any sports commentary, even before or after a game or event. And UFC is probably the worst when it comes to that. :) Its kinda comedic.

I think if the spurs can continue to hit shots and play their game in the 3rd and 4th quarter, they can advance pretty far.
just pretty happy spurs playoff basketball is back.

Rockets - wolves, what a game. Wish I had seen it live. This game had everything, from very questionable officiating to teams going on runs including a collapse by the wolves end of regulation only to have the biggest comeback in OT ever (down 13). Feeling for rockets fans but very happy the wolves won.

Staring into the void rn...they show signs of playing better then find ways up lose in bogus ways. Same 2-3 plays, kick it out to KD and let him ISO. feed it to Alpi and him throw up a slob shot rinse repeat. All that burner nonsense def affected the team it seems like.

Even it if wasnt true it would affect the vibes because KD cant prove it wasnt him. Social media is so unforgiving.

I just hope the rockets get their shit together and surprise the lakers in the first round  8)

A man can dream. I don't even care if they get smoked after advancing, that would be a satisfying upset...doubt they get it together tho. Body language seems like they're mailing it in.

Nearly playoffs time fellas.

As much as I want Detroit to get their rings, I think it will be Celtics v OKC/SAS.

In the East, I hope Charlotte makes a run. Cavs and Hawks may go to 7. Honestly no idea who will take that one. Knicks make it to semis to lose to Celtics in 5. Celtics take Pistons in conf finals in 6.

In the West, Rockets get tossed first round. Suns v Clips should be good, Suns in 6. GSW for the play-in just to get absolutely handled by OKC in the sweep. Lakers in 6 then Spurs take them in 5.

Nugs v OKC, damn. Unfortunately I think OKC takes it.

Spurs v OKC will be a gauntlet. Might take Spurs 7 but they can take it.

Celtics v Spurs in finals edge going to Celtics

It's always fun to entertain that LA could make a run but the team has been hollow for years with some odd and unhelpful moves by the FO. I wish Luka and Reeves were on a contending team. Same for Bron.
