I like that the Clippers traded Zubac bc I hated how much they benefitted from the Lakers most confounding move

So where do we think Giannis is going to land?
[close]

Harden for Donovan Mitchell seems a distinct possibility too
[close]

Nope, for Darius Garland.

By choice, harden is leaving 80 degree LA where he’s from to go to February Cleveland.
[close]

yes, for many more millions of dollars when he gets his extension.
[close]

He’ll be saving millions of dollars bc Ohio strip clubs wont be up to his standards

Low key bummed about this trade for both sides. Surprised LA didn’t say Mitchell or no deal. (But also wouldn’t have traded Mitchell for Harden if I were the Cavs) So here we are…

Clips, who were on a nice run, trade for an injured player. Huh?

James, who was on a nice run, makes a contract stink now instead of after the playoffs. Double-huh?

Cavs, whose chemistry was their biggest advantage last year, bring in terminally-dissatisfied James. I give it exactly five minutes before Harden realizes he hates the cold and tries to force his way to Atlanta or Washington (or Houston???)

You guys:
WHAAAAAAAA???

Lmao random as hell. Didn't have ad going to the wiz on my bingo card....

How many games did Dallas even get outta him? 10? 5?
[close]
This officially confirms the Luka trade as the worst of all time.

Not sure what the Wizards are thinking but good on the Mavs for cutting their losses.

Quite good for Dallas.... I think they freed up like 150 mill in cap or something next off season. Plus a plethora of picks to build around coop. Guess keeping kyrie in the short term..

Nice pickup for the Knicks.. got Alvarado for seemingly nothing. Was hoping Hou would at least kick the damn tires on a play for him smh.

Grand Theft Alvarado!!!
I’m just glad the Knicks didn’t fuck around and get Giannis, they don’t need his ass, 8 straight wins and counting, the hard part is this weekend, Friday night in Detroit and then Sunday in Boston, we will see what they are made of, been tearing it up after a little early January slump but they really need Josh Hart to not be hurt, he was on one right before he injured that ankle again.
Detroit and Boston keep winning and it seems like the Knicks aren’t gaining any ground but I’ll be happy if they stay second or third in the East.

This, mccain to thunder and dosunmu to wolves could all become great trades.

Heard that clips getting rid of zubac and harden (or rather harden wanting out) is related to the nba investigation that is going to be revealed after all star which will be interesting to see.

Think his tag or whatever was his intersecting streets if memory serves.

Didn't get to watch any of the all star weekend, how was it?

Or a best of 3 series, one us team vs the world. Two 20 minute halves to shorten the playing time a bit for the players.

If you're into some weirdo on the Heat doing a creepy dance after each sub par dunk you'd enjoy the dunk contest

Darrell Armstrong In the 90s doing a layup. Or baron Davis? Doing a "blindfolded" dunk lmao

Don't think there's a cut and dry way to fix it...  no incentive for super stars to do it. maybe bring back props lol

The 2000 dunk contest ruined it for me that one was legendary and tough follow. Although Jason Richardson had a pr sick run...

Gotta say I enjoyed the 3 point contest this year. Kon Knippl got a future. Good to see Dame being Dame after the injury. And I didn’t really know that Devin Booker was a shooter like that! (Yeah even tho he’s won it before)

I always thought of him like Kobe: mostly a drive-and-score-at the-rim guy who would occasionally get hot from deep.

Anyway, it was a good time.

My goat may have done some light fraud but at least he didn't invest in Israeli spy tech

Sad that James was traded, that's my fat washed goat. But I'm happy about the moves, we were pretty fucked on the pick front and trading zu my sweet sweet prince rips the bandaid off that this era is over. The team got younger, excited to watch mathurin, garland and yanic run and develop

If you’re choosing teams for pickup, who stays on the court longer: Harden-Kawhi-Zu or Harden-Mitchell-Mobely?

Honestly harden missed very few games with the clippers, definitely changed my whole opinion of him. Zu also very stable. Kawhi has looked good this season but obviously we know the history there
