Has anyone in NBA history single-handedly done more damage to a franchise than Nico?

Bryan Collangelo with the sixers maybe??

Nico's ONLY saving grace is getting that first pick but that's more luck than his doing.

man, its hard to even put proper respect on how insane the colangelo stuff was - though he mostly just damaged himself, he didn't have enough time to truly fuck the org over- ben simmons and fultz WERE the consensus correct choices, regardless of hindsight.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Knicks starting the day off with a big comeback against the Cavs, down 17 with 10 minutes left, Brunson started off GARBAGE 2 for 15 shooting but came up huge again, Jordan Clarkson killed it off the bench and Tyler Kolek swore it was White Boy Day!

So psyched, this team at full strength is going to be a force to be reckoned with, don’t ever count them out.

Watching the Spurs up on OKC right before half, I hope they beat them again, this would be 3 times this month or something like that haha.

The Knicks had two great comebacks in the game. I was pretty worried after that terrible third quarter but you can’t count this team out.

It pains me how good they are coming along (rockets fan), but can't deny it... might be the real deal. Always so well coached. Wemby is a literal video game character...

What a great Christmas Day slate of games !
Already talked about the Knicks dramatics but how bout that Nuggets/Wolves game?
Crazy comeback by the Wolves down like 15 with 5 and change to go, insaaaane shot by Ant to force overtime, then Minnesota goes up 9 in OT only to have Denver absolutely take over and win it because Jokic and Murray just would not be denied.
Joker with 56-16-15 is one of the most ridiculous stat lines you will ever see in your life.
That man is a monster.

Game was just as exciting if not more so than the Knicks wild ending.

Harden for Donovan Mitchell seems a distinct possibility too

Giannis:
-Please not NY or LA.

-Would love to see him on the Warriors, but they probably haven’t got the trade package (Kuminga and some picks?)

-Hear me out: Charlotte. I’m no LaMelo fan, but I would looove to see Giannis next to a creative passer. It would unlock both their games. If Melo could be a 2nd guy and share the rock, Giannis’ defense would make up for Melo’s shortcomings on that end. Meanwhile, G. wouldn’t have to be a bulldozer for every shot opportunity. Thoughts???

-If he gets on my Spurs I’m not complainin’ though. Nobody would ever score an interior bucket on them again. But I’m trying to keep Harper and Castle if at all possible.

-What if Sacramento wanted to tank and somehow Demar and
Zach Lavine ended up on the Bucks? Now I’m just being silly. And I still want Giannis with a true PG.

Harden/Mitchell:

At first I hated it, but hmmm. Harden gives Cleveland backcourt size and feeds lobs to Mobely. Mitchell gives LA scoring punch, youth, and is a playoff clutch guy next to my man Kawhi.

Worst case scenario: toxic Harden blows up the Cavs’ carefully tended chemistry. Hero-ball Donovan can’t get the Clips past the Lakers in the 2nd round.

Best case scenario: they meet in the finals. Harden turns over an unselfish leaf. The Harden-Mobely pick n roll is good for 60 a game, and the Cavs lead by 1 in game 7…but a hobbled Kawhi still gets the steal and dunk in the final second and retires a 3x champ.

I hate the Ball Family so I kinda want melo to languish on one of the most pointless teams and that seems cruel to Giannis.

Giannis to GSW seems like a waste (for Giannis) I'd like to see him with Twolves. Maybe Heat.

Nope, for Darius Garland.

By choice, harden is leaving 80 degree LA where he’s from to go to February Cleveland.

I want to get Giannis on the 2001 Nets, playing with prime Jason Kidd. Or on the Ray Allen era Bucks. Time travel trade machine!

Oh wow, last I saw it seemed like he was Toronto bound.

I kinda like this for the Wizards.   They’re attempting something with these moves this year.   Don’t think it’ll pan out to much, but it’s doing something

This officially confirms the Luka trade as the worst of all time.

Not sure what the Wizards are thinking but good on the Mavs for cutting their losses.

I want to see AD come back strong; I always liked his game. But it isn’t looking good.

Whi woulda thought in 2016 that Davis, Porzingis, Embiid and KAT would all either have one foot out of the league or be low-key busts in 2026? And that Jokic would be better than all of them?

True, but AD, Porzingus and Jokic all the same amount of titles and it’ll probably stay that way for Jokic
