you dickheads are underrating how fucking good dirk nowitzki is, spurs defensive system does not work against him

I don't think anybody is denying Dirk's greatness Beer Keg (is that even possible?) but in the grand scheme of things the Dirk-factor that is so tough for most teams gets negated by Timmy D there's no clear cut advantage offensively or defensively between the 2.

So unless Mr Nowitzki plans of going for 40+ 4 times in a 7 game series without home-court advantage against one of the best most-polished intricate defenses of all time he won't be that factor that defeats San Antonio. They've won 17 straight and have been manhandling Dallas all season not by mistake.

That being said, who knows it's NBA anything can happen even miracles (burn in Hell Miami Heat)

Fair enough so do I...and I don't want to come off arrogant but I'd be happy if the Mavs manage to squeak out a nice feel-good home win if that match up does in fact happen.

Oh Fuck off. The Knicks were on like an 8 game winning streak before he was hired. They're only near the playoff spots because Amare has been playing better of late and because of their relatively easy schedule post-all star break.

All Phil has done is sit and look at the Knicks. Where was his impact when the Knicks were blown out by the lowly lakers? And I don't see why anyone would ever care about a team like the Knicks making the playoffs. If you're 12 games below .500 and in the East you shouldn't even be allowed to get a playoff spot.

Curry is cold-blooded, but the Mavs were stiffed on Monta's layup. How often do you see someone take the ball in mid-air like that as the ball's on the way up still? The race for 6 through 9 in the West is gonna be so tight I feel bad for whoever misses.

Damn.... Beverly has a tear in his meniscus and possibly DNP down the stretch.Lowry might not play either... ah well still a good game none the less a lot of playoff positioning on the line tonight for both teams and last time they faced off back in Nov it was a double OT thriller.

Love this time of year, most playoff matchups decided, the scrubs playing their hearts out for big deals. Western Conf is worth looking at. Even after San Antonio losing they can play 7 games with anyone, clear cut favorite barring the Heat's injury status.

I have spurs +1260 to win the title and am more than excited to hedge every series, even though they could run over everyone with a hot Danny Green and Ginobili

Yes, don't you just love it when the games are meaningless and no name bench players play selfish and sloppy basketball...

I'm calling bullshit on your +1260 for the spurs to win the title. No bookmaker anywhere would post odds like that.
