Who's going to take that spot in the West? My money's on the Timberwolves. I'd like to see if D-Rose has anything left and prove us wrong. Just crazy to think how injuries got him at such a young age.

I can't help but feel bad for d rose. Dood definitely looked like something special early on.

That's really gotta suck to be in a situation like his

Got cheap tix to that Nuggets game last night, they lookin pretty good. They've won 6 in a row all against winning teams. They beat the T wolves this past Saturday, but that was a game without Gary Harris on the Nugs or Butler on the Wolves. Will be fun to watch.

Cavs just blew a 15 point lead. I will be shocked if they make it out of the 1st round :(

How 'bout Russell yelling back at those fans? That first one was hilarious. Fan sat right back down.

Fuck that fan haha

We all knew Melo was garbage and needs to come off the bench, but where the fuck was George? 5 points during an elimination game!?

Hyped for the Jazz but it's also kind of sad to see a "talented" team lose to a rookie.

NBA should split the award to both Mitchell and Simmons.

I got Raptors-Celtics in the East and Rockets-Warriors in the West.

Raptors had control the whole game too insane, still have them winning the series.
Stoked Steph is back and healthy, glad the medical and coaching staff didn't rush him back early, still not sleeping against the Pels AD is an absolute monster and it only takes one game to shift around the momentum of the series, also love the jawing between Draymond and Rondo these last two games.

Rondo dripping his headsweat on the ball during Draymond's freethrows is great.

I used to root against LeBron, but now he’s basically one of the only people in the NBA I know anymore. So go Cavs?

I’m a life-long Bulls fan. The dream has been dead for 20 years.

As a Bulls fan I hated Miami Heat era Lebron James. I don't care as much these days but I'll never root for him.

Rondo might be the only guy missing a triple double because he doesn't score in double digits  ;D Glad the Pelicans won at least one game.

Okay well I was completely wrong about the Raps Cavs series, LeBron completely took over these last few games and the raptors have failed to show up again, same shit different year.

Haha, yeah - he is playing like a madman right now. I remember Lebron getting criticized for not taking those final shots when he came to the league and now he has two game-winning buzzer beaters in these playoffs already (if I am not wrong).

Super bummed for the Raps though.

Same. I thought after the Cavaliers taking 7 games to beat the Pacers that this would finally be the year Toronto got past LeBron. The guy is just balling out. I’d love to see new teams in the Finals, and I really wanted to get behind Philly, but watching what Boston is doing without Kyrie and haven been doing without Hayward all season is wild.

Out West it seems inevitable that Houston or Golden State will make it to the Finals. OKC has been a bummer all season save the few flashes of potential they’ve shown, but I back Houston just for the sake of giving a different team a crack at taking it all home.

I'm glad I didn't bet on the Raptors-Cavs series. Not over yet but from the looks of it, can't rule out a sweep.

as a celtics fan I knew the 76ers wouldn't get swept but jesus the refs took over for about half of the game calling everything phillys way or maybe I'm just biased. I do love the trash talking in this series tho. embiid and Morris going back n forth was great.

I'm still shocked the Celtics are playing this well Keanu Reeves replacements style but next round if it's Boston(or philly) idk what will happen since lebron is on a warpath and it seems like the other cavaliers remember how to play basketball now. maybe he'll run out of gas but I doubt it

I feel bad for the raptors. they turn into ricky bobby after the crash whenever lebron is involved.
demar and lowry looked broken and lost at the post game presser. As long as lebron plays basketball in the east the raptors will be irrelevant.

sadly the pelicans are going to lose by 20 tonight
and the jazz will probably lose a closer game but I think Donovan Mitchell should win roty based on the simple fact that Ben Simmons can't shoot
and he also spent a season with the sixers almost like nba summer camp for a year straight.
(he will be terrorizing the east for the next 10+years tho)

speaking of rookies I also forgot Markelle Fultz existed until I saw him on the bench during the game. what a strange situation he got himself into.

lastly Houston vs. Golden State should be wild!

It's not like the Raptors looked good in the first round either. They aren't a very good team. All season long I heard about how good their bench is, but that really doesn't mean a whole lot in the playoffs.
