Nah the Knicks are great this year. I love that Brunson got to kick Donovan Mitchell out of the playoffs, way to shut the haters up. Not sure who'll win but the series will be good. Also fuck yeah Nuggets

I think I’m giving a slight edge to wanting the warriors to win the series, so the lakers don’t have to face more young players and I also couldn’t deal with losing to the kings even though my vitriol towards them is somewhat dry after 20 years

Nuggets won an ugly game, played good D but got bailed out by Jokic doing everything and KCP with a few clutch dagger 3s. Hoping they can keep the momentum going in AZ.

Also fuck yeah on Embiid MVP!

finally he can stop fucking crying about MVP. grats for him but i absolutely hate watching this guy play. i don't get how you can be such a massive flopper being the biggest person on the court.

hope jimmy's ankle is healing nicely. heat would have won game 2 if not for Scott Foster the Knick GOAT.

small ball Warriors torched LA. gonna be interesting to see what adjustments Ham makes going into game 3. AD gotta be more assertive moving forward and guys off the ball gotta cut when he catches to open up the floor. Reaves has been garbo too. Suns in a must-win tonight. KD and Book both gotta go for 40 and not let Denver hold the team below 90 again (obviously). also will be fun to see how Embiid bounces back. he's obviously injured but this is the MVP we're talking about. I expect a dominant performance at home from him. but i still think the C's will win. they have so much firepower and also have the most depth in the league. lastly, a bummer to see Bud let go weeks after his brother's unforeseen passing. gotta be rough. wonder who the Bucks will target. Nurse maybe?

Mo bamba, Pat Bev, and Westbrook would be eligible for rings if lakers go all the way.   I’m superstitious enough that I feel I can’t have any real hope or intent for this to happen or I’ll jinx it, I’ll just say I kinda like when people like Adam Morrison or Jeremy Lin or the aforementioned players happen upon rings (as lakers)

sad bucks fan here reporting that my trip to milwaukee this weekend will be even sadder considering the friends i'm staying with and myself were planning on going to what we thought would be a bucks vs. celtics ecf.

if i had to bandwagon, i'd want to see harden get a ring or see jokic or the lakers take it in the west.

also shoutout the kings this season! a friend of mine works in the front office in sac and is having the best time!

Hell yeah Nuggets! Jokic remains untouchable. Almost made feel bad for the Suns though... almost.

Edit: Not sure why I wrote that actually, I kind of feel bad for Booker having the worst game of the season when it counted the most for two seasons in a row, and wouldn't have minded for CP3 to win a ring. But the Nuggets deserve it this year, hope they can pull it off.

No Ill will towards the kings and I wish them success as long as it isn’t between them and the lakers.   I hated that contending era, but have teams I hate more within the division

I’d rather the 76ers.   Need to go up against them in every meaningful Lakers era (and it won’t hurt if they lose)
