Didn't even think of the tax aspect. Good pick up for the mavs though... he gets a fresh start. Ray Allen type role.

Mavs lost Derrick Jones Jr and Nuggets lost Caldwell-Pope. Can’t see them being as good as they were next season.

Knicks are looking strong though, if they can lock up Hartenstein they’ll be a threat.

Still can’t see Philly doing anything… they have Andre Drummond now though!
[close]

Nope - Hartenstein to OKC

Damn. I'd have dealt Robinson and kept Hartenstein. Knicks will still be good with Anunoby and Bridges though, but I'm not sure about center.

Edit: and Klay to the Mavs! Not sure if I should rejoice or commiserate, might be great but I really hope he doesn't become a franchise tanker a la Westbrook late into his career.

How do you feel about Clips?   Is George an expected loss or a surprise?

I don't think the Clips were going anywhere with him so they might as well try without

Sixers had a pretty good free agent haul, plus drafted the kid from Duke who paints his nails and makes Tik Toks but is still good at basketball.

As a Bears fan and Caleb Williams supporter I am obligated to say painted nails will help the kid out.

Also apparently jimmy butler is a Leticia/nyjah fan

Anyways, Nugs losing KCP is gonna hurt, hoping Braun finds his footing on offense as a starter but I’m not holding onto hope. Still think they have a strong chance in the West if Murray is healthy and MPJ doesn’t forget how to shoot in the playoffs…

Jimmy Buckets is trying to smash every hottie in sight.

Did you see him put on Cameron Brinks’ jersey and giving her hugs during her game?

Aside, no way it that girl only 6’4”. She is huge. Don’t know why they’re playing down her height. It’s usually the other way around.

Jimmy has to do a bid in horny jail though  :o

daryl has definitely cooked so far

the talk around him in philly was getting REALLY out of hand during the draft/leading up to FA

He's coveted PG forever it seems... hell i remember every Rockets trade deadline and free agency periods from like 14-2020 ish PG's name was always involved lol. At least on the local talk radio... usually just smoke screens.

I think it's a solid pickup... so long he stays on the court which you can say of every star player i guess.

For a big 3 I think this one looks pretty ideal on paper… if they make it to the playoffs in one piece

Not sure what he can do for the Nuggets but the west coast is getting plundered this offseason

This will allow Jokic to not have to make 15 rebounds per game. Denver should have won game 7 against the Mavericks but Jokic ran out of gas. They have added a big and now with Russ you are getting a lot more size and activity on the floor.

This is Westbrook’s last stop. I think he will follow Jokic’s lead and contribute to the success on this team.

I hope Westbrook gets a ring in Denver but I feel like his style of play will prevent that from happening. He's always been seen as a stat ladder but the wins don't follow. I hope it's different this time for him.

I’m pretty indifferent if he gets a ring or not.  I don’t see that being some great tragedy.   It’ll be like Melo not getting one.   Couldn’t become a number 2 until they were well below that that skill-wise

And a first round pick. Bye Karl

As a Twolves fan, Karl hasn't really delivered at his position (neither has Rudy ffs), all last season we basically watched him stand on the perimeter and shoot 3's. Hopefully won't have to ever watch him barrel into the lane with his elbows flying everywhere only to complain that he didn't get fouled.

guys a baller no doubt, hopefully he flourishes in NY
