Man fuck jokic and his fake tough guy bullshit

Dude needs to be mad at himself for bricking all night
Jokic is known to erupt time to time but that seemed forced when he ran at McDaniels like whole thing was scripted. I don't believe that but still was weak.

Man I feel for Wolves fans. Dante's Achilles Edwards with the nasty knee tweak. Without them I don't think they'll survive the Spurs... yet the stage is set for the Nuggs to pull another 1-3 comeback.

Injuries suck big time. Wolves should be able to win one out of the next 3 anyway but I don't see them do much against the Spurs without Ant and Donte. Unfortunately.

Big bad Detroit having no clue how to play against a team that wants to muck it up even more than they do is very funny to me. Cade is turning the ball over like crazy and Jalen Duren is getting outclassed by a replacement level player ... who just happens to be his ex's new boyfriend. Not what you want from your two all stars.

Speaking of funny, the Raptors won a playoff game shooting 4/30 (13.3 %) on three pointers. How the fuck does that happen in the year 2026?

Seeing donte go down like that really sucks, he was the heart and soul for so many games, the ultimate glue guy as they say. Curious if and how the nuggets respond tonight.

I wish we got to see these two squads go at it at full strength, nobody injured. Incredible rivalry, high stakes, so it sucks to have it decided by attrition.

Just in general all the injuries are bumming me out. It’s not entertaining to me to see athletes turned into chicken gristle. Going all the way back at least to Durant’s torn achilles in the 2019 finals. Kawhi’s knees. Tatum, Halliburton etc etc.

Magic Pistons is insanely old school. Suggs had 5 points on 1-13 shooting and was a +17

Living proof of the old Thibs-ism: you don't have to shoot well to play well.

This is by far my favorite series thus far. I'm a sucker for 90s ball who loves underdog stories and enjoys watching a bully get bullied. This is pretty much perfect playoff basketball to me.

Same, brother, same... love me some 90s nba nostalgia.

I know it's nothing new, but it still blows my mind a 20 point lead isn't even safe. PTSD from the 2010s dubs, you're up 15-20 maybe even 30 and in the blink of an eye they're within like 5 lol.

Wasn’t expecting this level of savagery from the Knickerbockers but I’LL TAKE IT, thank you very much.
Thanks for playing , CJ, Kuminga, Johnson it’s been real but you can all fuck right off and so can everyone who was writing the Knicks off when they went down 2-1.

Well, we certainly saw the Dr. Jekyll side of the Knicks in this game. They can beat anybody when they play like this. Of course, they might just as well turn into Mr. Hyde again. But I'll worry about that once the next round starts, today I choose to be happy. OG Anunoby, man. Take a bow.

Just one thing: Fuck Dyson Daniels for trying to pull Mitchell Robinson's arm out of its socket on a fucking free throw box out down FIFTY points. Absolute trash behavior.

Nuggets obviously couldn't wait to get to Cancun. Disappointing would be an understatement.

Sixers vs. Celtics game 7 is going to be fun. No idea whatsoever how that one's going to play out.

You can still smell the smoke from the arena down here.  Being a hawks fan is hard props to the Knicks.

^Props to the Hawks too, lots of good players on your squad. It just showed that most of the important guys are still a little too light in the pants. If Jalen Johnson and NAW get in the weight room this summer they'll be a lot of trouble next year.

For all the doom and gloom around the Knicks, it shouldn't go unnoticed that they are the first team in the East to make it to the second round, and they did it by outscoring their opponent by 105 points over six games. That's not too shabby.

Twolves in 6

Hate to repeat myself but again, jaden mf mcdaniels! Cant overstate his impact on this series, last game 32&10 with a +16 while holding murray to 12 points and a -18. Wolves won despite missing their backcourt (ant and ddv) and the next starter (ayo) in the backcourt. Rudy was phenomenal as well, he almost had a triple double with 8 assists lol. I feel for the nuggets fans tho, hope they can get rid of braun in summer and acquire someone useful in return.

Jesus... the most pathetic offense I've ever seen. Don't care how young they are. Can't fcking buy a shot. Sengun with that annoying slob shot, one air balled from like 3ft away...

Toronto, Detroit, and the 6ers all forced a game 7. But nope. Not Hou. Sigh.

No Cancun for them. Straight to Galveston as chuck said. Only about a 1.5 hour drive anyways lol

If we can sneak a game against a team that beat us by an average of 29.3 through 4 games this season, I’ll consider it a successful post season

At least their fans can sleep good knowing they still have all those banners from the 19 fucking 60s.

The Celtics got what they deserved and so did their arrogant entitled fans.

3 out of 5 starters scored zero points in fact half of the guys who played in the game scored zero points for them and as a team they missed 36 three pointers.
This is during an elimination game.
At home.

“Yeah but no Tatum” they will say.
They were up 3-1 with Tatum and then blew 2 chances at closing out before the dude sat.

I love that the Sixers did it to them , they were historically winless when down 3-1 in the playoffs and the Celtics were undefeated when up 3-1.

Brown after the game talking salty about how “Embiid was flopping around and getting rewarded but this is the league we’re in now” holy shit this MF pushes off and never gets called also gets more free throw attempts from horseshit calls than almost anyone.

Best part to me was Embiid after the game begging Sixers fans to not sell their tickets and allow their arena to turn into MSG South again.
He thought it was bad when the Knicks and Sixers met in the playoffs last time haha it’s going to be a fucking madhouse this time, Knicks fans always travel well and especially to Philadelphia.
