and of course the pressure of the finals kills shane's perfect season at the berrics. this is the first time ive ever not been excited for the finals. i could literally give two fucks if pj or paul wins, which really suck because ive watchd every one of these games and was on the edge of my seat for most of em and now it just ends with these sorry ass matches cuz everyones nervous and the same damn people going into the finals is turning something amazing into something a little more mundane

i think they should make it best 2 outa 3 next time so the matches last a little longer, and it evens out the skill level a little more

Edge of your seat? Damn. I could barely look up from my bowl of cereal for half of these games.

I know its cool to hate "robots", but a pro skater who has been irrelevant for 10 years should just keep his mouth shut.

PJ v.s. P Rod game is gonna be insane! Boohoo you have to watch two of the best skaters alive play a game of skate.

isnt this the third time theyve played eachother in the finals? sure, theyre both good but whats so insane about a game of skate that weve already seen? twice.

I think if there weren't so many people around Shane would have won. He seems to get the nerves really bad.

i still think the pro vs flow idea would have been so much better.

imagine how many big name dudes would get embarrassed by some relatively unknown rippers

Yeah, but how many pros would be down for that?
I think it would hurt their precious egos too much to lose to some unknown kids.

yeah the game is definitley much different with 300 people in that building, i also heard Nike paid Shane to throw the game so they could still market P rod as the number 1 pro on SB.

That sounds ridiculous. There's no Number 1 pro... but this is skateboarding in 2013 so according to espn/highlight reels/nike there probably is one.

i am assuming he is saying pj won the whole thing. regardless if it is true or not i would like to watch the final game without having some preconceived idea of who took it all.

Well, there are only two people in the final game. Unless some third dude bum rushes through the gate and sweeps the whole thing, you have a preconceived idea of who wins. It might not be the right idea, but it's still an idea. I don't think there's a surprise in there anywhere.

But to the original point, I agree. Shut up about matches that haven't been put online yet.

i'm siding with the folks who think it shane dropped the game against prod for some nike thing.  it makes no sense that he gets taken out that easy when he had more then enough opportunity to unleash the fury.  you can blame it on nerves if you want but he wasted NO TIME AT ALL going for the throat against mikemo.  im calling shenanigans.
